Tom was very helpful working through many options for our family vacation He was very knowledgeable and also not pushy as we worked through what would work best for us Once we decided, he continued to support helping us with reservations and the best deals possible He reached out the first day of our trip to check that everything was to our liking WOW - that is customer service! I will definitely call Tom for our next family vacation!

We booked an day island hopping trip to Hawaii this past October using Preferred Vacations They were professional and exceptionally helpful in getting us the just right flights, resorts and excursions booked Everything was wonderful until our last island and the hotel we were in was just not what we had thought it would be and we just were not comfortable I called Tom with Preferred and he went above and beyond to not only get us scheduled in another location but got us a refund from the place we were leaving early We ended up in the best spot of all and it was our favorite of all the places we stayed of the four islands we visited Tom literally saved our entire trip from being ruined and we are so incredibly grateful for that The entire trip was awesome and beautiful and we will never forget it Tom's insights on places to see and things to do on each island were invaluable to us We highly recommend Preferred Vacations if you want to experience the most incredible vacation ever!!!!
