on June I went into Skin city tattoo and purchased some green soap (for my son) for $(may not seem a lot to you but I'm on a fixed income) and used my bank card to pay for it On June a second charge of $was taken off my account, I called them up and the person who answer was disrespectful, first he laughed at me, then got very rude when I called him on it he said it couldn't happen
