Good afternoon, I will have the owner over the weekend look at the issue We have a lot of problems with chipmunks undermining the asphalt by garage doorsLuther forest is a large wooded community we will repair issue (free of charge )yr guarantee If there is a issue with chipmunks we will repair this time and next time there will be a fee we can not guarantee againt Mother Nature pregent paving

Hi [redacted] , I apologize in the delay as I’ve been a little under the weather with the fluPer our conversation when we met the repair will include us removing the grass areas of the driveway,removing the vegetation and treating with a weed killerOnce areas have been treated we [redacted] Paving will repave the entire driveway free of chargeTiming would be in May of once the growing season starts and we can remedy the problem areasWe apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to getting this taken care ofThank youHappy Holidays! To whom it may concern, We agreed last year that we would seal the driveway at no charge in the season. We will honor our verbal agreement which was not included in the contract or charged for but however as you all know we need a couple of dry days back to back to complete this
work,which this season has been just about impossible with all the rain we are having the last couple of months. We will try to have this matter resolved within the next week as we see some sunshine in the forecast. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you

Once areas have been treated we [redacted] Paving will repave the entire driveway free of charge. Timing would be in May of 2018 once the growing season starts and we can remedy the problem areas. Pregent paving will be taken care of any issue today 9/16/2016repair and reseal ( free of charge )as I have spoke to the homeowner at 11 am 9/16/16 thank youpregent paving

The issue has been resolved as of 9/22, 2016.  My driveway has been repaired, and Mr. Pregent has advised me that any future holes will be taken care of, should the problem arise again.

Revdex.com spoke to Marisa today. She stated that the downspouts were not in the contract. However, they were done this morning. The consumer also received a free seal coat.
