First let us apologize for any inconvenience you have had. We sell this product to many retail outlets and have not heard of any other issues with this product. Most retail outlets should be able to exchange our items using the store's exchange policy. But with that being said, we would glad to send...
a replacement to the customer. We apologize for any issues in you trying to contact us. We will look into seeing where the break down happened and fix it going forward. As far as the postage, we ask customers to pay for the postage to cover the cost of shipping but exception can and have been made for some issues. Please let us know if the customer would like a free replacement.
