This is a SCAMI don't care what they tell you or what they say, they are scamming people out of their hard earned moneyI came across JD reservations on my local radio station*** in the BayareaI was driving to work when I heard win a free vacation to Orlando Florida call now and they gave the numberNow, *** has always been a reputable station so I called immediately and to my surprise they told me I won! I was so happy I couldn't believe it, I have never won anything on the radioI talked to the representative from JD Reservetions and he told me that it was an all inclusive trip but that it didn't include airfare and I did have to pay something to get the trip (wtf I thought I just won a free trip) but I could add on a lot of people for super cheap and they would throw in a Vegas trip as wellI am 21, this sounded like a dream come true! I text my boyfriend made sure we could afford to put down and we decided it was a good idea! So we did it! Since this happened I have tried to plan this trip with JD reservations sooooo many timesI have been hung up on many many times while I'm on holdI can never reach or get a phone call back by the manager who has been helping me and they never book my trip when I tell them the datesI have read endless reviews of people getting flights and going to Orlando and having no hotel reservations and wasting a ton of money! I want my money back but they are going everything to not refund me! This is unfair and a SCAM!!

I have recently traveled to Orlando from Nashville Tennessee on April of 2015. I had purchased a promotion pack that a heard on the radio a year ago. I had a year and so to used it. Finally got time to book it and must say I'm pretty happy with my stay and the service. My sales rep was pretty informative about my package and booking it was easy. Plus it was a great deal. Now I can't wait for my cancun vacation in August.

I used JD Reservations three times so far and I would definitely use them again. They are awesome. The only issue I had was the age requirements that weren't mentioned at the time of purchase. Other than that they are great!

I spoke with Ms Ramos who is a "manger" and was actually very friendly in the beginning of the call. Then when asked to go over the recording to see where the agent stated that they mention that you have to sit through a 90 minute presentation,she became rude. On the recording it was mentioned that "you will have a welcome breakfast, where you would get a introduction of the property. So if you book with them know that you may be offered time share, and other bogus stuff!
