I called and cancelled this product .. they refused to give money back then shipped another bottle and charged my account again.. They tell you to try for 15 days free but when you cancel they won't return cost because "bottle is opened".. How do you try it if you don't open the bottle?? Now I have received a second bottle and been charged again.. They would give me back 40% if I keep it or charge a restock fee if I send it back.. Am waiting to see if They actually refund my money to my account..

Review: I ordered a "free" trial size $[redacted] bottle of Mango Cleanse. I did not realize that my credit card would be charged in full for the whole 30-day supply that they sent me. In addition, I was charged twice for $[redacted] in October ("free trial supposedly) and in November. The October charge was the full price of the product that my supposedly "free trial" was. There's not really a free trial at all. I contacted my credit card company and they assisted me in getting an RMA # to return the new bottle I received in November. I will be requesting a refund (less the $** re-stocking fee) for November. But I do not think it is fair for them to advertise a "Free trial" when they are actually going to charge you the entire amount after 14 days. Usually you get the free trial and then you get charged the full price after 30 days for the next bottle. The website they advertise has misleading information. In addition, they are advertising it on [redacted] website and they are not affiliated with him at all! This is also fraudulent!Desired Settlement: There are scam alerts all over the internet about this company. Had I known what the companies name was at the time, I would have been able to research them first and see these scams. That was fraudulent advertising as well! I am asking for at least a 50% refund for the October charge. I unfortunately opened the "trial" bottle and the product DOES NOT do anything it advertises! This is just another one of those scam diet pills using a celebrities name to leer in customers. I will be returning the bottle I received yesterday with the RMA #. I also want the full refund back due to false advertising and an ineffective product. I should not have to pay a "$** restocking scam fee".

Review: My bank felt this was a scam. I am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis. Bank wanted me to contact you. I live on disability and overcharges are noted. This was a try pay shipping only then info included with two products. Nothing was shipped for info only invoices showing no shipping cost? Bank notified me of the issue of the high charges to acct and was concerned. This company handles two products the ad said Trial free shipping to try and you call to order. The invoice said nothing about billed after 14 days two separate billings under different address and names for 1. item one is African Mango $77.86 and item 2.second item address listed below and called Garcinia Cambogia $79.97. When they contact you they use this business address the one used on form. They said they cancelled future orders and sent email. Using this business name for both. Since the locations are not the same address I do not know for sure if it includes both items address are not the same, future billings or shipping's. Items have not been used. Ad said try and ship for free. nothing on 14 days or billed above amount. When you call to cancel they say you cannot since it was not cancelled. The invoice says nothing about this just the free shipping and when shipped. I did not get info on closing. Bank said to contact you first. I was willing to return unopened products. They refused. Instead tried to force me to order future orders. The second address is a ware house? GC Fulfillment Center Box 5541 Chatsworth CA 91313 owned by them. 877-590-5758. Which is what I called for this info. When the email to cancel came it gave The African Mango. I do not know if I need to call this location also to cancel future shipping's and billings. The ad was deceptive try for free. Pay shipping. Then no shipping charge just the high bill for 30 day supply. Bank felt something was wrong with Company. They know I am disabled. Can you help me. I will return unopened products if required. Envelope opened but not the bottles still sealed.Desired Settlement: Full refund from both locations to bank account at Peoples Bank used on debit card. No future charges or shipping from either locations. Upsetting. (When seniors or disabled we get scammed.)Bank had a different contact phone numbers for both locations. 1# A. Review: I ordered a trial from Premier African Mango and received a sample product for $4.95 in May and then a charge on my credit card for $77.86 for a product (bottle) I did not receive. In June I received another bottle and was billed again for $77.86. I have received a credit of $77.86 for the June bottle that I returned.

I have requested a refund, several times, for the May billing of $77.86 for a product that I did not receive.

I have had several email exchanges with [redacted], Customer Service Manager, but have not received the requested refund. This company apparently has numerous complaints from customer as seen on several website.

Review: I had ordered a 14-day trial of the African mango on January 27th. On the 31st I got a call from them explaining there program and my 14 day trial was beginning that day. I called on 2/11/14 to cancel the program at which time no one told me that the trial date started the day I ordered not when I received the product. As soon as I cancelled they charged my credit card $77.80. When I called today to question them they informed me that there was nothing I could do about it. According to their records I canceled 1 day after the free trial ended and there are no refunds no prorating. At this time I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager. The person on the phone told me their were no supervisors or managers available to speak to me. I informed her I was making a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges on my credit card reversed.

Review: This was for a 14 day trial of a weight loss supplement. I was charged $77.84 the day after I canceled the trial. I spoke to a representative named Michael. He gave me a cancelation number of #[redacted]. I stressed to him that I did not want to see any charges do this being a FREE 'NO RISK' trial. He told me that there would not be. That was not true. Review: I called them on May 27, 2014 to cancel a monthly subscription today. The cancellation # is [redacted]. I asked them to allow me to send my unused bottles in for a refund. They refused saying there was a valid payment due them.Desired Settlement: I would like to return 6 or 7 bottles that have an expiration date in 2015.

Review: Ordered the product online on January 16, 2014. It was advertised that it was a 14 day trial period. I did not receive the product until after January 20th. When I called to cancel today, January 31, 2014, she said the 14 day trial period began the day that I ordered the product. That is ridiculous. How can you try the product before you receive it. She said they billed by credit card today for $77. Also ridiculous as you can buy the same product at a drug store for less than $20.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge to be removed from my credit card.
