In a nutshell, I was first impressed with their prompt replies to my phone call. They really care about customer satisfaction from your first telephone call, to delivery & installation, to follow-up. They even called me back within two days to make another appointment to install the additional screws that the manufacturer had left out of the box. They came right back and handled this small detail immediately. Premier Appliance and their employees are professional, reliable, knowledgeable of their products, versatile, competitive in price, and very honest.
In mid-August, we needed a replacement refrigerator FAST. I shopped online and was having trouble getting any of the huge major appliance stores to deliver the same or next day. Getting desperate I scanned Craigslist and quickly found a "Premier Appliance" ad with photos and descriptions. Daniel answered the phone. He helped me shop over the phone going through their inventory of refrigerators in the size/color/features I needed. It was already afternoon and I didn't want to waste time driving up there to see the
refrigerator, so, Daniel took several pictures of it and emailed them right to me. I approved it over the phone. Within two hours Daniel and a co-worker had our gleaming white 25 cu.ft. Samsung French-door refrigerator waiting out front. Daniel professionally requested that we inspect it in person before delivering it. Nice touch. We loved it. They brought it in, unpacked it, set it up (including the water line in back), made sure everything was working properly, gave us a quick lesson on how to use it, cleared away the mess, I paid them by credit card on the spot, and they left with our old refrigerator. Everything we could have asked for.
It has been almost two weeks now and I can report that we definitely made the right choice in refrigerators and, importantly, from whom we made this purchase. We highly recommend Premier Appliance.
I googled appliance repair, and came across Premier whom I hadn't heard of before. I needed to get my stove fixed right away. The lady who answered the call was very knowledgeable, and scheduled the appointment for me immediately. The service was quick, convenient, and well-priced. I would call them again in the future.
Great experience with this guys. Very friendly and professional staff. Fixed our fridge in professional manner and time. Fair prices and great communications. I had a refrigerator that was down, and my mom recommended this guys, because she had them come out and repair her dryer few days ago.I called and was scheduled for the same day, that is a big plus, technician called before he arrived that is a big plus.He worked on the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes and explained what the problem was,that is another plus.He said that he is not going to replace anything so the charge would be only for a labor and plus he was going to do additional service FREE OF CHARGE! WOW, I thanked him and gave him the authorization.He was done in about 30 minutes.
The next day I get a follow up phone call asking how was my experience with their service and I simply said I LOVED IT! THUS THE 5 STAR RATING.

First off booking the call for them to come out was a breeze--less than five minutes, second, I saw on their website that they do same day service, but since I called later in the day, I had my doubts, but no, they were able to squeeze me in!
Whirlpool washer started leaking three days ago, and so I needed it repaired. I found these guys on google the day it happened. I was given a two hour window of arrival, but their tech got here within like 45 minutes of my call, which pleased me. Oh, and without me having to ask them to, the tech called me once he was 20 mins. away, to say when he'll be here. The tech was polite and really seemed to know what he's doing; luckily I didn't need any parts replaced, so didn't have to wait, and the price I thought was very fair. I saw a $15.00 coupon on their site for my next repair, and I'll definitely keep that in mind when something else brakes, since to my surprise it doesn't expire. I really felt like they put the customer first.
I called Premier Appliance as I needed a Stove repair for a rental and had a deadline. They were very professional and came out the next morning. [redacted] called about 20 minutes out which was very helpful. He was very nice and very helpful. He not only fixed the stove at a very low price but told me how to make sure the problem didn't happen again. Actually you don't find customer service like this very often now days! I would highly recommend this appliance company and I will call them again if I need help with appliance repair. Thank you Premier for being helpful, professional, and economically fair.

Daniel came to my home he was our last option. I had been dealing with [redacted] for over 18 months since this was my extended warranty service company that was referred to. there was over 25 visits to my home with [redacted] every time there was a person different every time they ordered parts and there was alot of waiting.. came to the point that they told me my built in refrigerator was no longer repairable. We found Premier Appliance Daniel came checked my refrigerator told me what was wrong came back 1 week later fixed it.. I have received calls from him and [redacted] from his office just checking if my refrigerator is working .. Nothing like their service no time wasted no money wasted. he told me what it was came back with parts and fixed it.. I will and would refer this company to anyone that has problems.. they are reliable and trustworthy company

I needed a washer and dryer inspected. I checked out several companies and Premier Appliance is the only one, that would not charge extra for a inspecting a 2nd appliance. I loved the technicians, too. Everything was explained to me in simple terms. The repairs were done quickly, as estimated and the best part is they left no mess. I will definitely use them again and I will happily recommend them to friends and family.
