As the retailer mentioned wrongWe weren't in continuous communicationWe tried a few times to talk to someone when this problem first occurredAll we got was a run around and because they couldn't communicate, we had a faulty dryer for about a week and because we tried to get them to come here sooner, we had wet clothes trying to air dry the first night it happened and had to keep the dryer running on cycles of air dry! I told them it would jack out electric up and it didn't seem to be a priorityWhen we contacted the worker sent two days after the first problem ( this was a Sunday night ) the worker ( *** ) stated he can't do nothing about anything till Monday morningSo we waited till about 10a mo day morning for him to call and when we didn't hear from him, we called himHe then stated he no longer get worked for the company as of that day and we would have to call the buisness numberWe tried several times to get a hold of someone at the office and then tried the owners cell and the office worker brandyNobody was calling or replyingI then sent an email thinking they would co tact meAfter several hours I got a text saying they couldn't do anything till later Monday afternoonSo the owner showed up after 4p and said it will cost more to replace the board so what he will do is have us go to the buisness and pick out any dryer( no matter the price ) and they will deliver it, so we went wensday and there were dryers only to choose fromSo I asked brandy if she could make sure it ran and was good before they bring itSo the owner text me Thursday letting me know he was on his way with the dryerIn a sum of all this, the buisness needs to communicate and better time manage things betterWhen you have a buisness, customers have got to be able to get in contact with someone if there is a problemBecause of the lack of priority for a faulty dryer, I now ha e a high electric bill and I am not satisfied with the whole experienceI hope in the future they can get things togeather and offer a better experience for other customersThe situation with the dryer is resolved for now but it's only been 1/days

This complaint has been addressed with [redacted], and have kept in contact with her until complaint is solved. As of 11/30 she and her husband came by the shop to pick out a new dryer which they inspected and we agreed that their original 30 day warranty would start over upon them receiving this one in...

their home on 12/01/16. A cash payment of 20 dollars was given on 11/30/16 to them as payment for the original dryer they owned.
