Review: On 10/22/14 my wife received a message from my mother that a person by the name of [redacted] called asking for me to call back at [redacted]. So my wife called on 10/22/14 and spoke with [redacted], it was regarding a Kay Jeweler debt that was still owed. My wife informed [redacted] that debt was already settle with another collector agency. She continue to say I probably paid a fraudulent company and that the debt was still owed for me to call Kay Jeweler to find out exactly what collector agency the account was sent to. I spoke with Kay jeweler and account was transferred to Bright Water capital LLC. I spoke with Bright water capital LLc and spoke with [redacted] and she sated account is already settle and payed and she will mail me a letter to verify I payed. They also told me they NEVER heard or worked with this company before and NOT TO PAY ANYTHING SINCE ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY PAYED FOR. So I research the Premium Asset services and didn't find much information, I googled the phone number and found a website where a lot of people complaint that this company is fraudlent company. http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx[redacted]. So I called Preium Assest Services back, which they transfer me to the manager I informed him to please stop calling me that I already settle this debt and that I have proof, I then informed him I research him and I see a lot of comments about his company been fraudulent and to stop calling, that is when he began to yell at me and tell me he investigated me and see I don't pay my bills and he will sue me and make sure I pay every cent back plus interest. and was just yelling over me and wouldn't let me talk. so I just hung up on him. The manager is very rude and no manner and yells and cuss people off. He hasno customer service and I think if this was a very well known company I don't think they would be treating there customers like thrash. I felt humiliated with all the things he was telling me.Desired Settlement: I would like a deep investigation in regards this company so there Is no other victims out there going thru the same thing I am. I also would appreciate them stop harassing me and my family and friends. I felt humiliated by all the things he was telling me. he has no reason or nobody to judge my situation as to why I haven't been able to pay my bills and put me down.

Review: On 9 July 2014 I received a text fom a friend I had not seen in nearly 8 years. He stated he had received a call from a debt collector and gave me their number. I called the number and gave my name to the lady who answered. She transferred me to a man who claimed to be the manager. I began to inquire about the phone call they had placed to my friend. The man immediately took a very confrontational tone and accusing me of owing this debt. A debt he claimed my wife had accrued when she was 21 (4 years before we were even married). I replied I did not know what he was talking about and that was the reason I was calling in. He said I was lying and began to use information pertaining to my career in the United States Army which I assume he must have gotten from my credit report. He stated he would contact my Chain of Command and pursue UCMJ under Article 134, as well as wage garnishment. I was in shock with the conversation and had not yet received an actual information with the exception of when my wife had allegedly accrued the debt. He continued to throw insults at myself and I decided to hang upthe phone. Undeterred he called back immediately not once but twice and continued where he had left off. I again disengaged from the conversation. I checked my credit report after the conversation (which I regularly do) and the debt he stated I owe was nowhere to be found. I was called again today and chose not to answer. I have never experienced such disrespect.Desired Settlement: I want this company to cease and desist from all future contact with myself or my wife.

We are in receipt of your letter dated July 21.2014 regarding a complaint your office received from

Mr. [redacted]. Upon receipt of the complaint. I conducted an investigafion Into

Mr.[redacted]'s statement and the details surrounding the referenced account here in our office.

Premium Asset Services contacted Mr.[redacted] in attempt to reach his wife [redacted]

regarding their US BANK account ending in [redacted], which was opened in.January 14, 2005 and remained

active until July 1. 2008. During our conversation with Mr.[redacted],he advised our representative

tliat Ms.[redacted] is now his ex wife and not only was he unaware of the account but he believes it

was opened before they were married.

We truly appreciate Mr.[redacted] bringing this matter to our attention and understanding how Mr.

Schlldler feels we have conducted ourselves, we would like to sincerely apologize for any

alleged,unintentional misconduct by our account representatives. We do not condone our

representatives to handle calls in the manner described and we ore conducting ongoing training on

Proper Telephone Communication with our staff. To further rectify this situation

and to ensure no further calls to Mr.[redacted] or Ms. [redacted] are made, we have removed all

telephones numbers from our database.

Our company is well versed in the FDCPA and other state and local collection regulations and our

representatives ore required to obey and adhere to all collection laws governed by the FDCPA. the

FTC. and·the Attorney General. Our company strives to be completely compliant. so Mr.[redacted]'s

statement has been noted and saved in our records.
