Review: I had spent over $700 at Premier audio on July 2nd 2014. The price included a new head unit for my truck as well as installation. The unit has recently failed when I brought this to the attention of the company in question. The gentleman was very rude as to who installed the equipment and where I purchase the equipment excetera. Eventually the gentleman kept referring to me as dude so I told him my name was James and not dude and the gentleman told me he didn't give a [redacted] what my name was. So when I said excuse me he then told me to get the [redacted] out of his store.Desired Settlement: I purchased this particular head unit and spent the amount of money I did because of what I need the unit to do to help me run my business. They guaranteed me that this unit could do all that and now the unit has had multiple issues and now is not even functioning with a display. How would like for them to honor the installation and the product by putting in something that is comfortable that will do what I originally asked to be done.
