Dear Sir/Madam:Upon receiving Ms*** ***’s
complaint we have attempted contact to trade out her vehicle and her concernsPremier made every effort to
address the issues for *** ***We offer a three month 3,000-mile warranty
on all vehicles purchased on one of our lotsIn addition to
that we offer an
extended warranty that was turned down by Ms***After Ms*** came to us
with the initial problems the vehicle was having we placed her in a loaner
vehicle and paid for the fees, with no deductible to be paid on her behalfWe
opted to pay the deductible on for Ms*** because we did not deem it fair
for her to pay out of pocket for these initial vehicle failuresWhile we want to keep our
customers happy as often as we can and however we can, we do not have any
information on the maintenance of the car since it was last inspected by one of
our shopsIt appears Ms*** began having problems with the vehicle two
years after it had been fixed with our service contractorWe have attempted to contact Mary
for an opportunity to resolve her concerns and were unsuccessfulIf Ms***
wishes to return our calls her contact person would be MsCorey M*** at *** ***

Ripoff I got car from them in June and had problems since test drove it. Salesman [redacted] wouldn't tell me full price after asked 3 times basically said this car was only one I was approved for. Now barely had power, have to turn off A/C to get it to move from stop. Then started dying so take it to MPG Auto. Their machine can't find anything wrong so they Google it yes they did. Has 2 recalls, why they didn't figure this out before sold it is beyond me, oh right cause don't care...recalls are from winter 2014. It's a 2014 Chevy spark. I told them what I needed and this car is nowhere near it. Now check engine light was on, then A/C quit working now check engine light off. I use this car to pay their $400 month payments when they advertise $177/month. Nothing but trouble since test drive. I will never buy from here again. Friends and people I didn't know warned me about it, but I didn't listen. So please save yourself time, money and trouble and don't buy here, cars from Mexico are better! Oh and today told owner about all this...Mr [redacted] himself, basically said what do you want me to do about it? So I left. Salesman sold me car walked me to car said "been having lots of huh?" I said yeah he said "well good luck" heartless [redacted] is all. Oh and salesmen don't work here if ever want job anywhere else other dealerships look way down upon premier auto. Oh and they want $199 for pit pass to get loaner car of car in shop, we'll Watson Chevrolet way bypassed them. They gave me nice truck for free as a loaner! 2016 Silverado!

Review: During the weekend of Mar *, 2013, I was returning from a visit with my mother in Long Beach, NY when a light came on the dashboard as I was crossing the Veranzzo Bridge, the light on the dash board indicated something with the transmission. Because it was the weekend of Mar *, 2013 and most business were closed after 4:00 pm, therefore the tow truck driver recommended Premier Auto since it was not too far away. I spoke with the owner, [redacted] and he would do a diagnostic test and see what is the problem. On Tuesday of the following week, I received a call that it was the transmission and was quoted a price of $5100 for a used transmission. Since this was my only car and I needed to get my vehicle repaired, I said okay however payment would have to be done on payment plan because I had taken the last $2500 from my savings and I would have to put down a partial payment of which I made $2500 on 3/** and . I made the following payments of $500 on 4/**, $700 on 5/**, $700 on my return to pick the car up I made the final payment of cash of $681.23 on 6/*. All other payments were made with debit card. I notice as I was picking up the car my windshield was broken where my Department of Defense decal sit I called the owner again with no answer. I picked the car up and was on my way to visit my mother on 6/*, the car broke down again near exit 10 on Belt Parkway Express, I called the shop and did not get an answer. The police stopped and looked at the car said something was wrong with radar and belts and recommended that I towed to the nearest shop in Brooklyn because the car had to be moved off the parkway and a towing company moved the car to exit 10. Since I was unfamiliar with the area, I had to pay again to get the car towed to Long Beach and I asked the mechanics to provide me with advise as to what seems to be wrong with the card. He said the radar should be replaced and a lot of the belts connected to the transmission were not put back properly which caused the card to overheat. I paid for two towing which was $400 and another $881 for car repairs. Since I had no additional funds, for hotel , I took megabus to Maryland. I could not stay at Senior Citizen home with my mother. I kept all receipts from actions that transpired during this time period.Desired Settlement: I have tried on many occassion to negoiate and the owner said he would not return any of my funds. I had my daughter who goes with me on visit to NY discuss with the owner and he is unwilling to refund any money and he will not talk to me. I am asking for a refund of at least $800. I am also working less because of furlough in the Washington, DC area and really need some of the funds.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Premier Auto Center regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: On November [redacted], I took my son's car to Premier Auto Shop at [redacted] and I addressed the problem in the car and we had finally agreed on $975 and the pickup date for the car would be the next day. Five days passed and he kept apologizing about the delay and including this job was 4 brand new tires. After I picked up the car, my son was driving it and it seemed okay. After that [redacted], which is the [redacted] son gave me all the prices and I started dealing with the [redacted] son only. After that we build a little business relationship between me and him. And I have another minivan which I told him about before and he told me exactly after diagnosed that it will cost $800. I refused the amount because I wouldn't be able to pay it, so I bargain the price again to $650 and he excepted it. Then I had to wait almost 3 weeks for the car to finish because his answer was always busy. On December [redacted] I received a phone call from [redacted] which is [redacted]'s dad, he was screaming and was very disrespectful with while I was driving and he wanted me to come to the shop right away. I went to the shop and he had said that my bill is $1100. He had addressed things to the car that he fixed already without any permission from me. And we had gone through a big argument and it caused me to call the police because he was refusing to take the balance his son and I agreed on and he held the car as hostage, while this was happening I was telling him that I am dealing with his son [redacted] not him. He had thrown my wife and I out of the shop and he said you have no car over here, go do whatever the hell you want. And while he was yelling all that he was still adding stuff on the computer. We had stayed like that for 2 days and [redacted] would not answer his phone. Till December [redacted], I went early to the shop and finally saw [redacted] and he began acting really weird and wanted to charge me on parts that that we canceled out because it did not work for the car and the part is the backup sensor for the quest 2004. Finally I asked him to charge me $450 that would be without the backup sensor for $200. (That he already agreed on to return from before and he did return it he told me) So we went into an argument again and I really can't take it anymore because of my health situation( I'm on chemo for my [redacted]) I gave him the credit cards and I kept on telling him constantly to charge me $450. He took my wife's credit card and he charged $550 and he took my card and charged $157. And then he came to me hiding the slip, telling me just sign over here, and I found out he was charging me the wrong amount and I told him to charge $225 on one card and $225 on the other card. My wife became very upset because the transaction went through and she did not sign completely and we asked him to inspect the car and he refused to do so, so we left very angry and I drove the car and here is the surprise, there was a loud noise coming from the car and the power driving side door is broken and there is a lot of noise coming from the car. And also my son's car I found out that 60% of the job he did were not new parts and he kept on telling me that the car had many problems and half of them are not true. After we left we were very disappointed. My wife and I called the credit card company and we disputed all the charges. Looking forward to get our right and money back and I will never recommend him to anybody!!Desired Settlement: I hope no one else will get trapped with this guy because he is really a big thief.
