Premier Auto Detailing

I reached out to Premier Auto detailing on 4.27.20 I reached out via website and I spoke with someone and set up an appointment my “interior technician” was over an hour late & showed up as it was getting dark the interior package I picked said it would take a minimum of 1.5 hours he was done under and hour I get a call telling me to come pay him as he is sitting in he truck smoking a cigarette. I told him I had some concerns with the stains and he said to wait till they dried the next morning I checked the stains & they were all still there and some new water marks were present I contacted the same technician and he came out and cleaned it again for 15 minutes again, the stains were still there at this point I had requested my money back because their website clearly states “satisfaction guaranteed” be begged for one more shot and said he guesses he will have to use an actual carpet cleaning machine and not his hands. After the third time the stains are ALL still there. I reached out to the tech and he has since ignored me and no one from the company will contact me. I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone.
