I HAVE CONTACTED them days ago to give them the refund and they busy at work to come in*** came in today and a check for the amount of $was refunded to herThanks

We have been in contact with this customer from day one regarding the issues addressed and we have explained that his repairs and his concerns are completely covered by our dealership and not by MercedesHe has every right to get the vehicle checked out by any facility to make sure that the work
was done but since he was under our day in-house warranty and the extended warranty, then he was supposed to bring the vehicle back to us and not the Mercedes dealerHis concerns was he didn't want to pay for towing charges to us but chose to pay towing charges to MercedesWe don't cover towing and it was left like thatHe is more than welcome to bring the vehicle back to us to address any issues and get the vehicle repaired but we won't pay or anyone elses work no matter what facility it is

Complaint: ***

Since you aren't interested in getting your vehicle serviced at our dealership and get your issues addressed with our service shop, then I ask from the Revdex.com to close this case and end of story. Since you decided to repair your vehicle with a different service facility, then its out of our hands. You had a 30 day warranty from us to cover your vehicle at our local shop and not at other shops. If you went outside the boundaries, then it was your call at your cost.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The dealership (Moe A[redacted]-Assistant Manager/Sales) insisted that the vehicle would pass inspection and was running great. The vehicle did not start as we tried to leave the dealership after purchasing and they replaced the battery. The check engine light and tire light came on within 60 miles of driving the vehicle even though the same Assistant Manager said that it has been driven quite a bit at the dealership and he himself drove it 45 miles from PA to their dealership with no problem. I believe that it is highly likely that they reset the check engine lights to avoid consumer knowledge of the serious engine problems and I believe that this constitutes consumer fraud. An assessment by a certified Nissan Dealer showed that the front catalytic converters were shot at some point in the past which immediately plugs up the rear catalytic converters and the correct course of action is to replace all four catalytic converters with certified parts by a Nissan Dealer. Instead somebody only replaced the rear two catalytic converters (and not the defective front converters) with likely aftermarket parts and reset the engine light. Please contact [redacted] or see the attachment. I reject the dealers fix to only replace partial catalytic converters and to have it shipped at our cost because the engine may already be damaged and it will only be a temporary fix. We followed the dealers advice to seek out a muffler company in the area and the Munro muffler company in [redacted] confirmed the Nissan dealer assessment that all four catalytic converters need to be replaced, they also will not do the work, it can only be done by a Nissan dealer. We paid well above KBB fair market price of $8125 for a vehicle should be free of major defects, see attachment. I understand the concept of as-is however, in this case, I believe they committed fraud by covering up the major defects just long enough to sell the vehicle. We would like to return this vehicle or receive payment of $5144 to cover repair of the catalytic converters that were fraudulently covered up. Even if they only pay for the repair, we will have to assume the risk of the engine becoming defective in the future because of the failure to correctly fix the catalytic converters.
Regards,

To Whom it may concern, my name is Calvin H[redacted] , Owner of Premier Auto Group. After I entertained the customers as they arrived to the dealership, we , the whole staff made it very clear to these customers that this vehicle had gone through a safety check and nothing else. We sell these cars AS-IS...

with no guarantees unless he decides to purchase an extended warranty which he declined. In cases like this when the vehicle is sold AS-IS , WE go over this disclaimer over and over with the customer that he understands any vehicle over 100k miles, is not warrantied nor guaranteed and we will never disclose or guarantee the vehicle to pass inspection in another state. [redacted] staid checking the vehicle 2-3 hours understanding the risk of purchasing the vehicle AS-IS and decided to go ahead with the purchase after signing all waiver forms. These waiver forms are made for people like [redacted] because they seem not to understand what the word AS-IS means. We offered to help them replace these 2 catalytic converters with our sources locally as they will cost $1200 and they are guaranteed for 1 full year and they denied the service claiming the vehicle is risky to drive. Again, if they don't want to drive it, they can ship the vehicle and we can get it done at there expense which is $1200. We reduced the vehicle from its original price of $ 10,995 to the selling price of $8,995 because the vehicle needed a few things cosmetically and mechanically.
