*** *** RECIEVED A LOANER CAR FROM US TO DRIVE UNTIL WE GET SOMETHING IN THAT FIT HER TASTE, WE ASK HER TO PUT INSURANCE ON THE CAR AND SHE BROUGHT US A INSURANCE CARD FOR US, THEN *** *** CALLS US AND SAID THE CAR WE LENT HER WAS SIDE SWIPEDWE HAD THE CAR PICKED UP IT SUSTAINED $IN

Just want my money back and he refuses to do that he has the car so by law he has accepted the return but hasn't gave my money backI have to take it to court if I want that to happen

1,The vehicle was purchased with finanancing not cash as mr *** stated2.Premier Automart sold the truck on 9/2015? not 10/3.Mr *** purchased the truck and? he sighned the following disclosers:? (SEE ATTACHED) A)DISCLOSER (stating "he will pay for all
repairs.the dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the truck" B)VEHICLE INSPECTION DISCLOSER (stating he had taken the truck to an inspector of his choice with an un limited time to inspect all aspects of the truck) C)PURCHASE AGREEMENT DISCLOSER(stating? Mr ***,understands the truck was sold "AS-IS" and" no warranties was ever implied or expressed " ) D)PURCHASE AGREEMENT DISCLOSER (stating all monies exchanged were "NON-REFUNDABLE") E)DOWN PAYMENT AGREEMENT DISCLOSER ( all monies exchanged were "NON-REFUNDABLE") F)WE OWE DISCLOSER (stating that if anything was promised to the customer it would be put in writing to eliminate any confusion after the sale) as you see there are "nothing promised" G)DELIVERY COMFIRMATION DISCLOSER (stating the delership had prepared the comfirmation to ensure customer satisfaction,with no misunerstandings and that Mr ***........had: taken this vehicle to a inspector of his choice 2.taken an unlimited time test drive 3.taken great consideration before sighning any documents 4.was clear that nothing was? promised that was not in writing and the representives of the dealership was not authorized to make any oral promises5.was clear that if anyone at the? dealership had promised him anything, that it would be in writing at the time of delivery6.reviewed all the documents and he understands everthing he sighned F)"AUTO SERVICE 3/MO,3,MILE SERVICE CONTRACT" This service contract was paid for by Premier Auto Mart for Mr *** so if there were a catastrophic problem after the sale Mr ccould take the truck to a service center of his choice so the truck would be repaired? under the" protection plan" ........the service contract covered the "ENGINE,TRANSMISSION,4X4,WATER PUMP AND INCLUDED ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE" G.TEST DRIVE AGREEMENT DISCLOSER STATING("HE HAD PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE TRUCK AND FOUND IT FREE FROM ANY VISABLE DAMAGE AND /OR DEFECTS".IF ANYTHING WERE FOUND IT WOULD BE DOCUMENTED ON THIS DISCLOSER.AS YOU CAN SEE THE DISCLOSER THERE ARE NO COMMENTS4.TO SUM IT UPPremier Auto Mart takes pride in the auto business of over years serving the area and sells good quality automobiles.Premier takes extreme measures with our customers by sighning serveral "in your face"diclosers stating the same things over and over,having customers take the vehicles to get them inspected before the purchase and a" vehicle protection plan" paid for by Premier Auto Mart inc.in the event of a catastrophic problem after the sale***Premier has done everthing? to insure Mr Chappiness in his purchase but Mr **apparently wants Premier Auto to repair anything that occurs to the truck for the rest of his life even though he and his inspector found the truck free of any problems at the time of saleIt? *** Mr Cdid call Premier Auto @ 1/and he wanted Premier to replace his exhaust system.I (Greg Mers)said no problem just bring in the truck with the "we owe" stating Premier? would repair the exhaust.Mr *became angry and said" I knew you were gonna say that you do not do good business".I told Mr Cthat we can not repair the truck after the sale unless you have it in writting.Mr Csaid"THAT PREMIER WOULD BE SORRY IF WE DID NOT FIX THE TRUCK"I told Mr ***....that Premier will not be threatened by his evil thoughts***Mr ***test drove the truck, inspected the truck proffessionaly by his people and found the truck? satisfactory according to the sighned documents***Mr *had a? clear understanding at all times of the documents/disclosers he sighned, truck was sold AS IS and he would assume all repairs unless documented on any of the disclosers,which there were no repairs noted
