[redacted] did purchase a [redacted] with approximately 135,miles from us After having the car for one day he called and told us the vehicle was too small for his family and asked us if he could exchange it for a [redacted] that he also test drove extensively while here The [redacted] has approximately 160,miles on it Each of these cars were sold with a day or miles internally lubricated engine and transmission warranty with to be performed by our mechanic He did not mention any work having been done on the [redacted] nor any work needing to be done He also failed to mention that the car had suffered front end damage while in his possession Unfortunately we did not inspect the [redacted] when he returned it and did not know about the damage until later and did have it repaired at our expense When he picked up the [redacted] he mentioned that the alternator was making a noise We told him we were aware of that and had a mechanic check it out and they said it was working properly, just noisy We did tell [redacted] that we would replace the alternator at a mechanic that we use if it failed during the warranty period I am not sure what road hazard caused the tired to blow out on the [redacted] but tires are plainly visible on the cars prior to purchase and [redacted] could see the condition of the tires before purchasing the vehicle We allow people to take cars to any mechanic of their choosing prior to purchase if they wish Cars that are purchased with over 100,miles on them will always need something They cannot be made to be brand new We do have an independent mechanic inspect our vehicles and make sure they are in safe working order before selling them As we told [redacted] if the alternator has failed on the [redacted] we will have a mechanic shop we work with replace it at our cost

Company states: We have resolved this with the consumerEven though this vehicle was sold we still fixed the issues for her and resolved the issuesWe entered in an agreement stating this as well

In response to the complaint submitted by Ms. [redacted] in regarding to a purchase of a vehicle.  The customer did contact us that she was having problems with the car.  We asked her to bring the car back and we would help her out. She said she lived to far from us and did not have the...

money to tow the car.  That she was going to see what the problem was.  Meanwhile, the finance company tried to reach her, but she would not answer the phone.  She said she called and that the finance company could not find her, but when we called and checked our records her information was correct.  She insist that her mom is her employer, which that is not the true.  She work for IRIS, who pays her to take care of her mom.   Her employer is IRIS and the client is her mom.  Her mom did try to cosign for her but she was not accepted by the finance company.  This customer did send us a email threatening to sue for our license and to report us to the Revdex.com, without giving us the opportunity to work with her.  She did sign a contract that stated she is buying this car "as is' and all sales are final, she also test drove the car before she signed the contract.  Although she signed the "as is" contract, we paid $200 for a tow truck to bring the car to us.  We found it was just the battery.  She said motor also made noise, she was no longer happy with her car, we do not want to have bad ill with anyone. We did refund her money.  She was a customer not wiling to work with us.If you have any questions feel free to call our office.Thank you,[redacted]

At first I thought it was a good decision choosing this auto place but turned out I was wrong. My drive out tags expired on the 22nd of April, I traveled over an hour to pick up paper work for my tags that I should of gotten when I got the car and they did not have it. I assume they had to apply for a lost title and was given me the run around about my paperwork.I asked for an extension on my drive outs and I was told no because it was illegal. I had to drive on expired drive outs over the weekend and the following 2 days afterwards. They sent the paperwork that Tuesday evening after 1 o'clock to the tag place in Forrest city, AR when I got there to get tags they added on late fees of 84 bucks on top of the 900 and some change I needed to pay for tags. When I called to see if I was going to get reimburse for the late fees because it was not my fault they did not have my paperwork available. I was told no but they can give me another drive out if I cannot afford the late fees. I was so disappointed with how they handled this situation.

Review: Premier auto had me sign a blank untitled contract cancellation option agreement. The purchase order is not correct,2200 hundred dollars is the total amount received from me, 1700 hundred dollars for down payment 200 hundred a month payments no payments due until may of 2015 with a balance of 100 hundred dollars owing to in the month of may of 2015.On purchase order says 500 hundred dollars. When leaving the car lot a Deputy from Stanislaus county Sheriffs department pulled me over for excepted auto teft because Premier Auto dealership plates appeared to be covering orginal D.M.V plates.Which was correct Sheriffs Deputy showed me patrol cars computers screen display of D.M.V infromatiom "[redacted] dial 11/2014 thru 11/2015",impossible when purchased 2/4/2015.No 2015 sticker is on license plate. I"m confused on who has to smog the car if car even has been smoged. The sales-manager did give me reiceits for amount of 2200 hundred dollars but was not applied to down payment. What was it applied to? the manager-sales man is always unreachable, when in fact really he hides. While his two employees give run around. What do I do?Desired Settlement: A new purchase order with correct amount of down payment or refund. Money towards a different vehicle, vehicle restocking fee waived.,Proof of smog, tags and license.
