There is a percentage of people on this planet that are not happy with themselves, therefore, there is no one on the planet that can make them happy.  The [redacted] are a perfect example of this type.  When we originally were called out to look at his project, he was interested in solutions...

to a leaky basement.  We recommended a crack fill which we provide for about $1000.00.  He did not want that because he did not want to repair sheetrock inside.  A small price to pay for most of our customers who's foundation is ruining their finished goods, but we all think differently.  Mr. [redacted], was under the impression that the water was coming in because his slab against the house had settled and was sloped back to the house.  The sales rep expressed to him that we could lift the slab so that it was pitched away from the house, but that we could not warranty that would stop the water because more than likely, the slab was not the only water influence for the crack. ( usually it comes in well below the slab level and so a slab repair does not fix it by itself).  Mr [redacted] also wanted a crack that had formed at the base of his steps(where the slab had fallen) filled while we were there.  Which is what the contract he signed stated he wanted.  When the tech arrived to do the work however, Mr. [redacted] had written in chalk in several places on his slab and steps, additional things he wanted done, as well as modifications to the original agreement which he did not mention to anyone prior to the tech arriving.  He was also unavailable to speak with on the day of the install which as this process has evolved, we realize was no accident.  The tech, did lift the slab so that it slopes away in the area of the crack.  Which was verified by the use of a level.  Mr. [redacted] knows this but  disagrees because when he sprays his hose back toward the house, he can get the water to flow up hill....and he is right.  With sufficient pressure, you can get water to run in opposition to gravity.  Mr. [redacted] does not care what the level says, his high pressure water test is his definitive and the only test method he will recognize.  In addition, he states that we did not lift his steps while we were there.  Again he is mislead.  We did lift it some, but lifting it more than what we did will only make other matters around the steps worse. And, were never supposed to lift them to begin with, only fill the crack below them.  Out tech did lift as he could only because of his desire to try to fulfill the request(written in chalk on the steps) of the customer..  When we found out that there were some discrepancies about what was on the contract and what Mr. [redacted] was wanting, I called him to discuss those and thru the course of the conversation, realized the only way to resolve the  issues was to do a site visit with the estimator, myself and Mr. [redacted], so we could figure out how best to get him what he wanted.  I also expressed to him that if he was looking to get more done than was originally agreed to, there may be additional charges required, but if we owed him anything, he was going to get what he paid for.  But a site visit was required to determine which was the case.  I also expressed to him that it would be a couple of weeks before we could have that meeting due to a heavy work load we are currently experiencing.  At the time, he said that was fine and I told him that he should expect to here from the office in a day or so with some potential dates for our meeting.  He stated that it would have to be after 4:30 P.M. due to work, to which I replied that that working with those hours may mean that it would be longer before we could get there but we would do our best.  At no time during my conversation with Mr. [redacted] was a lien or collections mentioned.  At no time was anything expressed to him which would lead him to that conclusion.  I was honest with him about what needed to happen as well as how much time it may take for resolution.  Not because we were trying to avoid him, but because it was the truth, and still is.  Our goal was to figure out what needed to happen and come up with a new plan of action to hopefully salvage the situation.  Within hours of our conversation, he had his wife post his complaint with the Revdex.com.  A subsequent conversation with him about his complaint and possibly delaying it until after our meeting was denied.  He felt it was the best way for him to handle this situation.  I disagree, but then again, we all think differently. We are still having our meeting, I really have no idea what the outcome will be, I don't identify with his way of thinking, but we will be there at the scheduled time to see what we can do.

We will be doing the work next week.

I wanted to compliment the crew for their work in my basement. Gerrett, Logan, Art, and Heath did a wonderful job. Gerrett called to let me know they were 30 minutes out, then introduced all the guys to me when they arrived. They got right to work, laying down tarps to walk on and to hold the dirt from the ditch they were digging. They seemed to each have their own jobs but also helped finish other's projects. They didn't seem to mind me asking lots of questions or taking pictures. At the end of the day, they cleaned up so well- sweeping and taking all the evidence of their work. They even spread my yard gravel again , placed my cement edging back, and took the tree roots they had to dig through to make the ditch! They were polite and respectful and comfortable to have in my home. Thanks guys.

We had over 8 inches of water in our crawlspace. When I called, I was quickly put on the schedule. They arrived on time, and even respected my wishes for a phone call when they were on their way. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time they were here and they finished on time. The installation was done very well -- not only did they install our sump pump, but they ditched the entire crawlspace and put drainage rock in the ditches to prevent them from caving in. When they were digging the yard up for the piping, they put the dirt in garbage cans to prevent a mess in our yard which we were very appreciative of! You can barely tell they dug up the yard! They put floor protectors on our wood floor so not to ruin them, too. Everything looks great and is working well. We would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work.

Premier basement systems did a complete redo of our crawl space in northern idaho! It is no longer freaky to enter the crawl space! They have been very informative, knowledgeable and professional. They have probably the best customer service I've ever experienced!

We needed to have our radon fan replaced, and Premier was fast and courteous! [redacted]and [redacted]in the office were wonderful to work with, and [redacted]and his team were out within two days to complete the project in an hour. I would highly recommend them for projects and we will definitely use them again in the future.
