PREMIER by Dead Sea Premier

Thursday around 10:00am, I was at Cordova Mall, walking to Kay Jewelers to get my diamond bracelet checked. I was stopped by a man named Joel. I thought he was sincere. He was telling me about how this product worked. He began to put gel on the back of my wrist and told me that the skin of face and wrist skin was similar. He told me that he could get me the deal of 2 for one. So I purchased the gel and moisturizer and toner for $268.75. The receipt shows that the toner and peeling gel was something he GAVE to me. He then told me that he had a sample for me that he thought I should have b4 I leave. He walked me halfway down the hall of the mall to take me to a supposed skin specialist. This man represented himself as the 'owner of the booth. Right off I was skeptical. This man's name was David. Right away he talked to Joel in his language about something. I sat down at the second Premier location. David was flirty with me asking if I was married. I said yes. Then he asked if I was 'happily married'. I said absolutely or very happily. He then proceeded to tell me that what I bought from the other guy was good but I needed to think about a different product for my face and that I should listen to him because he was an expert. Also that Joel, his representative was 'new and I had bought a good product but...The product was the wrinkle attack. I asked how much and he told me $600. I said no way could I pay that amount. He said because I was such a good responder to the product that I should consider purchasing it. Then he brought out another 2 products, used on my face then said he could get a great discount on the product if I considered buying it. He told me that he was taking off the first purchase like I didn't purchase it at all. I thought about it. He had broken english so bad I made him repeat the offer so that I could understand what he said. At this point, he is pressuring hard to sell his products. I start telling him I need to get home. I reluctantly agreed to the offer. However, when he tries to ring up, it comes to almost $600. I told him absolutely not, that I could not afford it. He told me he took $250; my original order would be taken off the price. So I figured it would be off $600. So $250 off $600 is $350. He also told me that he wanted me to come back for a free facial on Friday. As you can see, he did not honor his agreement with me. When I got home, I realized what he charged me was NOT what he said. He broke the agreement. He also told me not to tell anyone about my GREAT discount and gave me his private number and told me not to call him too late because his girlfriend was jealous. I was never told the refund policy.Monday, December 3, 2018, after many phone calls, and leaving messages, Robert and I brought back the Premier/Gratiae products and left them with Wes Payne, Cordova mall management. He told me that he would call the owners of PREMIER to come and pick up the products that I purchased. Today, December 17,2018, I called Wes Payne, Cordova Mall Management. He confirmed through Sandra that the owners of PREMIER picked up the products LAST WEEK.
