I certainly understand Mr.***, frustration as I stated before, there was no issue with his vehicle or the service we provided for himHis receipt is in good standing for three months or 3,miles which ever comes firstI apologize if my demeanor seemed aggressive towards Mr.*** that

Review: On 9/8/15, I took my vehicle to get an oil change. Shortly after having this done, I notice a grease spot when I was leaving a parking lot elsewhere. The following day 9/9/15, when I was driving my vehicle, it sounded odd and was driving rough. On 9/10/15, I drove it back to Premier and asked if they could check my fluids again and verify they were full and no leaks. The tech said it was ok, so I asked if he could sign my receipt that everything was verified and ok as he stated. He said ok and went to get a manager. When I spoke to the manager Morris P. explaining my request and he said if they said it's ok then it's ok. And went further as to why did I want this and there's no problem with my car and if it was bring it back. With his aggressive demeanor with a smile, I knew my requested would not be handled so I said fine. So I walked to my car and he followed me continuing that he didn't see the problem and I continue on I didn't see the problem with him writing on my receipt that my vehicle had been checked again and everything is as they stated. Now this situation started to feel more of a harassment now. I asked was there some authority above him, because chasing down a customer is not the proper way to handle a situation and he stated he was the Top or something like that. Then he stood out my vehicle window telling me several times to look him in the eye (Man to Man), as a gay man I didn't understand what this had to do with the situation but felt an attack and threatened regarding my sexuality. I again stated I had no problem with the tech's and their service because I have been coming here for over 10yrs and the other manager was always very pleasant and he responded well he ain't here anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like as I requested written on my receipt that I returned and everything was checked a 2nd time and ever service that was performed was ok. I would also like an apology from the manager regarding his aggressive behavior, his lack of customer service, and his discriminatory remarks (man to man).
