Premier Car Wash

I paid my money for the car wash only to find that there is no soap to clean my carNo return call from the phone# provided to call with problems
Went to wash my car and after inserted money there was no soap available I called the number listed as 616-426-and never received a call back or either had a problem getting through If they are not going to keep soap in the car wash they should not be taking and keeping the consumers money
Don't remember exact dates but it has been at least times in the past several months

Review: ON FRIDAY JULY 18, 2014 I SENT MY 2008 BMW M3 TO THE CAR WASH LISTED ON THIS FORM. THE WORKS OPENED ALL THE DOORS AND TRUNK TO VACUUM THE INSIDE OUT. THEY THEN SENT IT THRU THE CAR WASH. AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE FROM THE OTHER END IT BEGAN TO MAKE WEIRD SOUNDS AND EXPERIENCE ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE BMW DEALERSHIP IN TOWN AND GEICO INSURANCE WAS NOTIFIED. THE OUTCOME WAS WATER ENTERED THE TRUNK AREA AND GOT SOME OF THE WIRES WET WHICH CAUSED THE SHORT. THE SEALS ON THE VEHICLE ARE FINE. IT WAS DETERMINED NEGLIGENCE THE WORKER OR WORKERS DID NOT SECURE THE TRUNK ALL THE WAY BEFORE ENTERING THE WASH. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE OWNER. MR. GEINSBURG STATED THAT HE WAS NOT AT FAULT, IT IS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND THAT HE WOULD TRY AND MANIPULATE THE INSURANCE TO GET MY SOME MONEY SINCE I WORKED FOR THE TOWN AS A FAVOR BUT NOT WAS INTERESTED IN REPAIRING MY VEHICLE AT ALL. INSURANCE DEEMED IT FLOODED.Desired Settlement: THE DEDUCTIBLE TO BE COVERED FOR THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE. I WAS DEEMED NOT AT FAULT IT WAS DETERMINED A WORKER DID NOT SHUT THE TRUNK PROPERLY WHICH CAUSED THE WATER DAMAGE.
