Premier Care Dental always seeks to provide a positive dental experience for their patientsThe patient came to our office because he wanted an implant to replace a tooth At the time of the appointment, the patient had an infected tooth in the space where he wanted the implant Prior to placing an implant, an infected tooth needs to be extracted and in many cases a bone graft is needed to ensure there is adequate bone to place an implant Once an implant is placed, the implant needs to be restored with an abutment and crown The abutment and crown is an additional costThis was all explained to the patient prior to any work being done The patient was given a treatment plan that included the needed extraction and bone graft and honored the $implant placement once he has healed from the extraction of the infected tooth The treatment plan also included the cost of the abutment and crown This treatment plan was presented to the patient and signed by the patient prior to any working being started The $the patient paid was for the extraction and bone graft that was placed Premier Care Dental is always concerned with the satisfaction of their patients and as such, has fully refunded the $that was for the extraction and bone graft

I am rejecting this response because: This business knew exactly what they were doing when they placed their 'coupon' special ad in an Oregon tourist magazine! They told me when I scheduled my appointment that they got a lot of response from this coupon from people in CaliforniaI have spoken with two other dentists since then and both have confirmed that Premiere Dental's "extra" charge for a crown "set-up" is bogusThey told me the sis part of the necessary crown procedure and is never broken out of the costSo Premiere deliberately excluded this extra charge from their coupon ad in order to bait customers into coming into their offices for a crown procedure, and then switched the cost to include hundreds more This is CLASSIC bait and switch advertising and their focusing it as a "learning experience" is baloney, pure and simpleThey are guilty of fraud and owe me for my time and expense in being defraudedI will be going on *** and every other website I can find to inform others on-lineI may also file a small claims law suit against them.

The patient came to our office because he wanted an implant to replace a tooth.  At the time of the appointment, the patient had an infected tooth in the space where he wanted the implant.  Prior to placing an implant, an infected tooth needs to be extracted and in many cases a bone graft is needed to ensure there is adequate bone to place an implant.  Once an implant is placed, the implant needs to be restored with an abutment and crown.  The abutment and crown is an additional cost. This was all explained to the patient prior to any work being done.  The patient was given a treatment plan that included the needed extraction and bone graft and honored the $890 implant placement once he has healed from the extraction of the infected tooth.  The treatment plan also included the cost of the abutment and crown.  This treatment plan was presented to the patient and signed by the patient prior to any working being started.  The $752 the patient paid was for the extraction and bone graft that was placed.  Premier Care Dental is always concerned with the satisfaction of their patients and as such, has fully refunded the $752 that was for the extraction and bone graft.
