In response to a mailed flier, we called Premiere Carpet Care rug cleaners and spoke to Mike We made an appointment for Monday, November 7, 2016, and on the agreed date, Nick arrived and estimated the total cost for the rug cleaning in our house Nick left as Andy arrived to do the cleaningAfter the service, we inspected the rugs and found several rug areas that were not cleaned well Further, we found seven (7) places in our rugs where the rug loops had been 'pulled' (snagged) That is, the loops in the rug were pulled away from the rest of the carpetI called Mike to set up an appointment on Friday, November for them to come out and inspect the dirty carpet, and to let us know how they intended to repair the seven damaged areas No one showed up or called even after Mike promised a two hour window on November We called again and set up another two hour window on Tuesday, November after several phone calls, and again they no-showed and didn't call We called Mike one last time, told him so, and he gave us another two hour window for Monday, November 28, but again no show, no call We have no choice but to publish on Yelp and report to the Revdex.com Premier Carpet Care's complete disregard for their incomplete cleaning and unwillingness to take responsibility for the seven areas of damage to our rugs This is not a business to deal with if you expect professional work and customer satisfaction

I was a victim as others I'm reading about. They promised they'd come back if stains weren't removed but they won't return my call and screen their calls as well. Intentional scam artist.
