Review: I've actually been feeling more bloated since taking the product daily. Immediately after connecting with the customer service rep on the phone - before I was able to tell him what I wanted - he began to tell me that he can stop future charges from occurring, but he cannot reverse the charge that had just been made because of some text on their website that he is claiming that I agreed to. I agreed to pay $4.95 for a 14-day trial. Having tried the product, I'm not at all interested in a $77.86 monthly auto-ship of this product. I'm not aware of any legal situation in America where I cannot receive a refund if I'm dissatisfied with the product or service.Desired Settlement: Reversal of the recent charge of $77.86 on 1/11/14 and cancellation of any related product shipment.

Review: I initially bought the colon cleanse product for the introductory offer of $4.99, unaware that I would continue to be billed at the rate of $77.86 every month thereafter. When I called about it they told me they could not cancel because the product had been shipped. I have yet to receive it. They told me they will not refund my money until I return the product that supposedly has been shipped. When I called to find out why I was EVER charged, they said that there were Terms & Conditions that I agreed to. I asked where those terms & conditions might be found and they sent me to the very bottom of the webpage where I was to read the link. Nobody mentioned reading or knowing the "terms & conditions" when I ordered. Never once was it explained that this would be a monthly ongoing charge. I called my bank and had the charge reversed and they turned around and charged my card again the next day. This has caused numerous problems within my account. CSR was more than rude on the phone.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded the money and the OD charges paid as well.

Review: The company is misleading in their billing practices. They indicate that they give you 14 days to cancel the recurring shipment and subsequent charges. However they charged me the full amount on the 11th day after the initial trial charge. When I called to cancel, then they said they would only issue a 50% refund because the trial shipment was originally a thirty day supply not fourteen days. They "justified" it by saying that I opened my trial shipment.Desired Settlement: I want the additional 50% refunded immediately.

Review: This product is ;offered at a trial rate of $4.95 cents , but the terms and conditions do not tell the consumer that after the bottle is opened , and after 14 days , that same bottle cost over $80.00 and your credit card will be charged early if your 14 day trial falls on the weekend .It is very misleading advertising and is a;so promoted and vouched for by The Dr.Oz TV Show .Desired Settlement: A Full Refund Of My $80.00 and Also informing the consumer about the actual $80.00 cost up front and that as soon as the customer opens the bottle , they can not send it back due to what they cal (FDA Regulations) .

Review: On 8/25/2013, I paid $4.95 each for the shipping and handling of two free samples of 1) Green Coffee Bean Extract and 2) Premier Colon Cleanse this company advertised on their website. After receiving the two items, a few days later I received a second shipment of the same two items. I thought this was a mistake. I checked my credit card and discovered that they had in fact billed me a second time, on 9/08/2014, this time in full for the two items I hadn't ordered: $78.85 and $77.86! On 10/04/2013 I called the company (Premier Colon Cleanse Toll free: 1-877-288-9063 Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST) to explain and ask how to return the items for a full refund. Reluctantly, they agreed to a full refund and the customer service person gave me instructions and RMA numbers to return the second two products. The products were returned unopened on 10/07/2013. I emailed the company about the situation, reminding them of their promise of a full refund for both items.On 10/08, my credit card was again charged $78.85 and $77.86, but this time no new product was received. I emailed the company again about this, pointing out that they now owed me two refunds. I eventually saw that on 11/10/2013, my credit card was refunded $78.85 and $77.86. So far, the second refund has not been made. I called the company today, 12/09/2013, but they insist they have refunded me and that I have to pay the full price for the free trial products I had ordered. I have filed disputes with my credit card company and have since seen many Internet posts describing this same problem.Desired Settlement: The company should refund me a second time to the amount of $78.85 and $77.86. They should also stop placing customers on automatic monthly billing for their products unless the customer has clearly and knowingly agreed in writing to such a billing.

I appreciate that the company gave me refund for the products they sent which I had not requested and which I returned without opening. However, they billed me for another pair of products, without even sending them, (thank God!). However, I am THRILLED to report that after disputing this second charge of $78+ dollars (twice), the credit card company has reversed the charge. Still, I find it very strange that the company says they only sell Colon Cleanse and not Coffee Bean when I in fact ordered AND THEY SENT ME the two items at the exact, same time, same website and same packet!!!

Review: signed up for a "trail" product and was not aware of a 14 day trail period that if I did not CALL and cancel I would be charged full priceDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $77.86 and for the company to have to put their "TRAIL" period inforamation out in the public view. Review: I signed up for a free trial of a colon cleanse ($4.95 Shipping and Handling) I was subsequently enrolled in an online fitness coaching program without my knowledge and not disclosed in the terms and conditions. A gentleman called me to "go over the instructions" of the program. He provided me a number to cancel the online program and then a separate number to cancel the products. The online coach cancelled me with no issues The product phone number would only cancel me if I paid a $3.99 cancellation fee. I agreed just to avoid further charges. At this point, I don't even know if I cancelled with the right section of business because now instead of "Premier Cleanse" it shows "African Mango" on my credit statement.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all charges ($8.00). I will be happy to mail back the unopened product. I also want to ensure that NO FURTHER CHARGES from either the supplements or the online fitness coach appear on my credit statement. Further, I would like them to make their terms and conditions CLEAR TO ALL CUSTOMERS to ensure they are aware of what they are signing up for. I would have NEVER consented to this.

Review: My wife signed up for a free trial of there product. She was shipped 2 different supplements and canceled within the 14 day trial period she was told about. They closed out one supplement but not the other and did not let her know she needed to cancel both. So we were billed later in the month for the other. When you call the [redacted]# it's a third party call center who is of very little help. Both addresses I got for the company are UPS postal boxes. Review: I ordered the 30 day free trial f the colon cleanse and then didn't want anymore. I spoke to them about this yet they continue to send it and take money from my debit card for the last 6 months. It's very difficult to get through I the phone line and I believe it is merely a billing scam.
