Premier Collections Services

Premier Collection Services has questionable business practices. They charged me 125.5% interest on one account & 125.7% interest on another. They charged excessive fees. They refuse to provide information on accounts when asked to & when you do question them they threaten you with legal action. Then they close their doors before you can get the information you are requesting. They have an automated 800 number that offers you deals & savings unrelated to collection services. You cannot speak to anyone about anything. They have also changed the amount that they have been contracted to collect. They have increased the dollar amount on accounts I have had with them then charged me interest & fees based on the new amount. They add fees without explanation of the charges.
