Review: Our Garbage Compactor was not working, we called Premier Compaction Systems for service. A technician replaced a hydraulic hose on April 24, 2013 (cost $219.36) - they left the machine still broken. Technician returned on April 29,2013, cleared garbage from machine, fixed nothing (cost $160.00) - machine still not running. I paid these 2 services-total $379.36. They were going to order parts. May 13,2013, tech returned with Detented Valve - machine still not working. (Cost $491.94 - did not pay). June 13, 2013, Tech returned replaced Limit Switch and Siemen Switch - Machine not working (Cost $516.79 - did not pay). Finally called another company, they fixed the machine on the first visit at a cost of $584. I explained to Premier that I was not paying these invoices back in 2013 because I already gave them $379.36 and they never fixed the machine. Now they are trying to extort $1008.73 from me for the so-called repairs which did not fix the machine. This company is incompetent and the technicians clueless when diagnosing a compactor problem. Do not use this company, they will drain money from you and not solve your problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the $379.36 which they took from me when the incompetent technicians kept replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem.

This is the 15t time this was brought to my attention, and I'm very upset that it has hit your level unknowing to me.

According to [redacted] in my office, we went out on the 1St call replaced the hose and oil was furnished, on the 2nd call we un-jammed the machine and left with the unit working properly, almost a month later on May 24th we installed installed a valve and left with the machine working also. All 3 visits the customer signed off "0K" done~

Customer claims they called someone else and had the machine fixed within your letter to me. l’d like a copy of that proof-of-repair, and I’ll address the invoices in question that aren’t being paid for my service (the final 2 invoices]

We NEVER, and I don't like the wording by the client, “try to EXTORT" money for repairs not completed. The work was completed and signed at the time of the service being performed. Again, I'd be glad to address this issue with a copy of the work order from the tech company that is being told completed the work

Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:It is true that Premier replaced parts and left the compactor operating at the time they left the building; and that is why a signature was on some of the work orders.However, the parts replaced did not solve the problem. the machine would only work in some cases for only an hour or half a day.We did not sign the June 13,2013 work order as the machine was not working and this was the final time we called them, as we needed someone who could fix the compactor,not just come change parts and take our money.Premier replaced unnecessary parts and kept insisting that the problem was with the horizontal piston, the end result was another company came in replaced the Pressure Relief and indicated the problem was with the vertical piston.I still contend that all the parts and labor spend for misdiagnosing the problem need to be refunded to me, totaling $ 379.36; and that invoices they claim are owed (one of which we did not sign) will not be paid.I am attaching the Invoice Premier is requesting to show them what solved the problem.The compactor has been working perfectly with no breakdowns since this part was installed last August.
