I have been to [redacted]’s house many times to rectify the situation. The home has been leveled out. Houses are subject to settling which I told them. I have been out there atleast five times to fix squeaks etc. the flooring was damaged by then not the contractor. Their animals had accidents that were...

not cleaned up causing damage to the floor. I have pictures and documentation of the fact. I sent the pics of the floor to home depot where they had the flooring company inspect them. It was deemed damage by water or pets. She wasn’t happy with their response so they sent out an independent inspector who deemed we installed the floor correctly. Also stating that the damage was caused by water or pets potty mess. She informed them that she had no pets so this couldn’t be caused by that. However I have pics of animals in the house while we were building as well as after. I have tried numberous times to help her but she insists that it’s our fault.  This is the first I have heard about the doors not working or the tile being uneven. I upgraded their counter tops to tile at no extra charge to the homeowner because I thought pre rolled counter tops would get damaged too quickly. She agreed. This is why she has tile. I would love to resolve this situation please let me know how to continue. Thanks [redacted]
