The product page for the item ordered does not state it includes a power supply.We will be happy to send a prepaid label for the return anyway.We will send one via email to the account on the order at that specified email address.There has been several emails sent to that party which I do not
believe is this initiator of this complaint.We happily will refund this

We agree with the fact that the order was placed for units 1035n10pkg.We immediately emailed the customer of a 5-dsy lead time.We were then told the item would ship Oct ** and then the ***.This is standard procedure at Interlogix as they do not have very reliable ETA datesThey
are constantly changing.We do not make this up and would ship if we couldThe bottom line equipment is still in production and not shippable even yet.I told the customer I have already cancelled this this order and refund the customer in full. he then threatened that I broke a "contract: and would call the Attorney General. Order was placed on the phone with the 5-day lead timeThe factory changes it and it was out of our control. You representation of whether your site clearly details which model comes w/ a PS and which does not is simply just not true The only place this unambiguously shows this is buried deep in one of the attached vendor documents On top of that, you still have not addressed the completely misleading information I received from *** and team over multiple phone calls to your company ***, especially, over and over quoted that a PS does not come w/ either model, that it cannot even fit in the box, and that I should reference, "What's Included" which of course I had I relayed that I spoke to the vendor and confirmed that the one model did in fact come w/ a PS in the same packaging but she chose to not accept that fact and hang up on me I will not be doing anymore business w/ your company and want to ensure others are aware of your shady and ambiguous marketing approach

123Security have left EVERY point I made UNADDRESED so what does 100% Satisfaction Garantee even mean?To recap, it took 123Security days to respond to my initial claim, I am out of the state for weeks and I no longer have the packagingSince 123Security didn't respond in a timely manner (21/weeks to clarify) and my claim falls outside their Return Policy (which doesn't even cover missing merchandise), returning the product is no longer on the table. To clarify the timeline, which for some reason, now appears to concern 123Security, I contacted them the day the package was received, checked the functionality of all cameras, installed all the cameras, powered the system up and logged into it within days of receiptOnly after close scrutiny, did I realize that my security plan wasn't covered by your degrees cameras since we had designed the system to conform to the degree cameras Jessee guaranteed. Please refund the $immediately and let the matter be closed as per your 100% Customer Satisfation Guarantee

the first camera proved to be not to his liking?He may still return any camera not of his liking. As long as they are in brand new condition a refund will be granted.  No one has denied this gentleman a refund or a return authorization. If he wants to keep the camerasI am sorry but  a refund may not be issued at all.  We cannot refund customers if they are keeping items and debate price after delivery/installation. Reviewed both "What's included" as directed by [redacted] and on neither does it show comes w/ a power supply.  Upon follow up call w/ [redacted], she again reiterated over and over the -TS DOES NOT come w/ a PS which is totally false and was confirmed by vendor.  Feel free to review w/ your staff but she is obviously not appropriately trained on the products you sell.  Only deep in the attached documentation does it show the TS-N does not come w/ the power supply.  Nothing on your site shows these 2 models to be different and confirmed incorrectly by [redacted].

The email sent was a phishing email that impersonated our company 123 Security Products.com.There was no connection between this email and 123 Security Products at all. It was sent to hundreds of people that are NOT our customers and never have been.It should be deleted after reported to the company...

IT of such companies receiving such emails.Once again this email if traced will be from an email provider not the [redacted]m domain.This individual is believing the lie of the phishing email. We are also a victim.

We emailed the customer along with this receipt when the item became sold out.A full refund was issued on May**, 2016.  I will attach a receipt for the Revdex.com records. I do  not know why this complaint was issued?
