Complaint: Calvin Klein dress taken to Town & Country Cleaners in Newberry, Flon 4-19- It was taken to the main cleaners on NW 76th Blvd., Gainesville, FLfor cleaning*** at Newberry said after my three attempts to pick up the dress that it was lost and referred me to *** ***, mgrat NW 76th Blvdfor resolution I spoke with *** on 4/26/17, and he offered to pay for the dress Over the next few weeks each time I either went to the 76th Blvdlocation or called *** he would give me different dates the check would be mailed Stated family owned cleaning business with three locations, mother issued checks The dress cost $with lengthing alterations with material and alteration of $ Total $which originally *** himself rounded to $On 5/26/I stopped at NW 64th Blvd., spoke with *** he assured me the refund would be mailed next week I called *** on 6/12/17, he wasn't there As of 6/14/I have not been ca

I looked into the guest records with us and found that he was overcharged one nights stayThat was reversed immediatelyBut when checking into a hotel, upon signing the registration it states that there is a 15% incidental hold on all nights that are stayedThe guest credit was charged seperate times which resulted in seperate holdsWhen speaking to the guest, he explained to me the charges that were being held, I contacted ***, our credit card processor and voided all authoriztions against his credit cardThey explained to me that sometimes talking with a customers bank to verify that we are not holding anything more will result in the funds being released soonerIn checking with the credit card processor today it looks to be that all charges with the exception of $have been released

I had two pair of jeans that needed to be dry cleanedOne pair black and the other is tanI had never washed these jeans before taking them to the cleanersWhen I picked my jeans up they were faded really badI told them not to use starch but they did use starch anywayThe owner of the store was not willing to help me with refunding me for my jeans and I paid $for each pairHe said I should take the jeans to the store I bought them from and try to get a reimbursement Now I'm stuck without Black and Tan jeans plus I lose money in the processThere was also a stain that was not cleaned from the jeans that I specifically asked to be cleaned offAfter going to JC Penny I was not able to get reimbursed without having a receiptThe cleaners were not willing to give me even half of what the jeans were worth
