period of 60 days. this is not an accusation but a fact documented by the inguiries on his credit report and by his own admission.I met with Mr. [redacted]  repeatedly prior to taking in any payment. After meeting multiple times M.[redacted] decided to hire me for my services. I offered Mr.[redacted] several different opportunities to be approved for funding on a propert, Mr.[redacted] continuously failed to be honest and supply the information requested to move forward. which describes was given terms and offered to move forward with multiple different sources of funding. Mr. [redacted] signed it very clear contracts outlining his responsibility to provide information in a timely and honest fashion. These contracts had a no refund policy that Mr. [redacted] was very aware of. During the time I worked with Mr. [redacted] he decided to rent a house without my knowledge this was the same property he was attempting to purchase. Based on those actions the entire process he had entered into had to be altered but I continue to move forward working on the transaction. Continuously Mr. [redacted] refused to cooperate with not only my requests but the principal broker I was working with. Mr. [redacted] ignored my phone callsconstantly for a nearly 3 week what did text me and asked me to continue working on his behalf. Mr. [redacted] used my consulting services for everything related to trying to acquire financing as well as multiple other uses contacting me in the middle of the night on weekend and at all hours during and outside business hours. Class  related to air-conditioning problems he was having At his home , how to deal with his landlord how to resolve dept and many many other issues.upon the realization that Mr. [redacted] would not cooperate I sent him a letter requesting him to clarify his intentions. I received no response whatsoever part of that letter was a request to try and determine if I could consider him for any sort of refund. He failed to return that or any other request I made to him. I received notice from an attorney requesting me to make a settlement with him at which time I discuss the matter with the attorney. During my consideration of how to handle the matter Mr. [redacted] came to my office  I was very polite and offered to hear anything he had to offer related to why I should offer him a refund. I was then told by his attorney not to contact him again and to handle the matter to the attorney as of this morning I have left multiple messages on the attorneys voicemail.  Mr. [redacted]  came into our offices on multiple occasions Wyart you making any type of payment. He reviewed the contract before him for sometime prior to signing it and agreeing to the terms. Mr. [redacted] is an adult that was able to hold a job for over 30 years prior to leaving that job. He is more than capable of making decisions  And determining whether he is willing and able to move forward by signing a contract and paying money for the services. Mr. [redacted] voluntarily  ceased the use of our services knowing that refunds were not given. He benefited from our services for a period of nearly 90 days and then chose to use someone else's services after he had benefited from ours. Mr. [redacted]  continue to use our services while working with someone else in order to get the benefit of what we offered in order to have the other service complete the transaction  mr. [redacted] has copies of all of his contract he signed and should be forced to provide those along with copies of payments he's made. If Mr. [redacted] is unable to provide them I do have copies but do not believe it fair that I should have to supply these on his behalf. I did send copies with The letter I sent him. This is a clear-cut case of someone benefiting from my services and now wanting to get their money back because they have chose to use a Another  provider. mr. [redacted] has lied to everyone he has been involved with from me to the person he rented/bought the home from to each broker that was involved in requesting information from him. I will look for your response at this time I do not believe I owe Mr. [redacted] anything and believe the complaint to be false I look forward to your response please feel free to contact me related to the matter directly Tim w[redacted]
