Hello, 
I am not sure why Mr.
C[redacted] is saying this has been brought to his attention 7 months after the
close of the property. The draining issue has been a problem since it was first
placed. If you see the pre-closing punch list (attached) you will see the drain
mentioned fifth item from the bottom. I have also attached emails from me to
Mr. B[redacted] and Mr. C[redacted] inquiring about when this work will be completed. Mr.
C[redacted] has been ignoring our requests for this to be completed for the past 7
months.  
As for owing more money,
Ryan S[redacted] came to the property in March for closing and I was given an
amount which was the settlement of the work done (attached). We were told all
of the rest of the work would be completed within 30 days. 
A week later, Mary
C[redacted] the office manager, sent me form to be signed to give to the bank for
Premier to claim the rest of the money held by the bank until the final work
was completed (attached). We were told the letter had to be signed and returned
prior to the work being finished. Mary C[redacted] called me three times in two
days to return the signed form. We felt very pressured for this to be returned
or they would not finish the house.
Then a few weeks later
Ryan S[redacted] called and wanted more money to finish the work.  As you will
see in the emails, Mr. B[redacted] is demanding more money before they will finish
the work already paid for. 
I feel Premier Custom
Builders is trying to extort more money off of us to finish the work that has
already been paid for. We paid them in good faith according to the closing
amount given to us by Ryan S[redacted].
Mr. C[redacted] stated in
his reply that "they cannot work for free", but as you can see by the
documents, we have paid him in full for this work to be done, but yet he is
still trying to obtain more money off of us. We cannot continue to pay for
work that has not been completed.

Business responded to complaint.  We were in constant contact with Mrs. [redacted] about the remainder of open items in her home. The drain was brought to our attention 6 months after the close of the home. We informed Mrs [redacted] that we would be happy to move the drain upon final reciept of...

payment due from the close of the home 6 months before. As much as I would like to have a happy client and typically do, I cannot work for free.
