We contacted *** shortly after hearing of the a/c problem and made a call to her home After finding the system low on refrigerant we proceeded to replace the evaporator coil on the system This was the final solution to her a/c problem and I feel that we conclusively made the
necessary repairs Previous to this action we examined other areas that may have caused the leakage but replacing the coil was ultimately needed.We apologize for the inconvience created and will continue to serve our customers with utmost courtesy and promptness
