Hello I am writing because I have not received a refund that was promised by Dr. H for a service that was never received. Dr. H stated that he would give me a refund in addition to a $200 credit that he owed me for some dentures that were never received by my mother. Dr. H called me directly to my cell phone number after multiple failed attempts to get in touch with him, and he told me that he would send me an e-mail with all the transaction of the payments, which I also never received, and he told me that he would automatically deposit the refund money to my checkings account on October 28. However, I still have not received the money. I paid half of the amount that it would cost for my mom to get new dentures, but that never happened. It was a very frustrating experience trying to get a Hold of Dr. H because the office's clinical administrator Kereida K informed me that I could get a hold of him by calling the main line and using the extension number 4 which she gave to me in a business card. However, when I called the office I found that there was no voicemail setup for that line, which Kereida informed me of via a voicemail on my mobile device. This prevented me from leaving Dr.H*** a vm to discuss the process of the refund. However, Dr. H returned my call and we talked over the phone and I shared my frustration with this experience and asked for a full refund for my mom dentures. We asked for a full refund because during my mom's appointment visit on October 16, 2019 at 3pm we were told that my moms dentures were not ready because there was so sort of mix up and the size of her dentures were lost and that they needed to get my moms dentures measured again. However, we had all the right to had been notified of the lost measurements prior to the visit and not wait until the day of the visit to be told the bad news. I must admit that by this time I had already paid half of the amount that it would cost for the denture services.
