Review: The business verbally misled me as to their acceptance of the dollar allowance for my root canal work. They led me to believe they would accept my insurance's network allowance of 50% of $876.00, minus my policy's $100.00 deductible. On March 15th,2015 [redacted], of their office quoted me a $1200.00 cost and went on to tell me that after talking to my insurance company that I would be responsible for 50% of the procedure plus the $100.00 deductible, or $650.00.When I had the procedure done on March 18th, 2015 I paid $650.00.The insurance company paid only $193.00, instead of the expected $338.00. On April 6th, 2015 Premier billed be an extra $357.00. I disputed the bill verbally on April 10th, 2015 with [redacted] of their office, and she told me the billing needed to be disputed in writing, which I did in my April 20th, 2015 letter. In the letter I offered to pay another $33.00 to bring the total paid for my root canal to $876.00.On April 30th, 2015 [redacted] called me and said that the Dr. [redacted] D.D.S., reviewed my complaint and that they insist on the $357.00.Desired Settlement: I would like Premier to accept my offer of an additional $33.00.
