Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:W [redacted] claims that he texted me BEFORE he spoke to his salesman If this is true, which it is not, he should have conferred with his salesman, Jon N***, when I first expressed being unhappy about being sold a Japanese produced product and getting a Chinese made product Its not the consumers fault that the owner is allowing his employee to make deceptive sales pitches to acquire a buyer Why is the owner not taking responsibility for his own company and employee Why does W [redacted] keep bringing up this [redacted] person? What does this have to do with me being taking advantage of by W [redacted] ? The bottom line is I want my money backHe can have his product backWhat so hard about this? W [redacted] and I previously agreed on this until he reneged Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:BBB, I find it odd that W [redacted] response brings up the issue of racism and his so called competitor, [redacted] ***. My complaint to BBB has nothing to do with either issues. I purchased a product from W [redacted] that was presented to me and that I paid for, as a produced from Japan. The following is a recorded text message dated August 12, 2017 from W [redacted] to myself; "Jon (saleman) should have never said it was a Japanese product. I am not happy about that." W [redacted] further states; "sorry the salesman lied that's not acceptable, we don't do business that way. Nothing wrong with the Chinese product. He should have disclosed it when he took your order. You will get a check (refund) in the mail next week. This is a classic example of Bait and Switch along with Theft in Theft Degree, Hawaii Revised Statue. W [redacted] and I agreed he would refund me my money and take the product back. In Hawaii, verbal agreements are binding. Respectfully, [redacted]

I had found beautiful photos of these carports online while searching for companies that make custom, upscale carports that don't look like they came out of a kit! That website indicted everything was fabricated overseas and then shipped to a U.Sport and customer had to pay plus somehow get the carport parts shipped to your home, plus find an installer crew I e-mailed several times & always got a respectful answer from overseas but gave up because it was too complicated for us to put all the delivery aspects together Very surprised to see a half-page ad in the [redacted]  a few Sundays ago! I called, left a message but no one called me back After several days I called again & was told I used a number that wasn't checked very oftenOK, I can accept that Guy's name is [redacted]   [redacted] He gave me a nice story about him living in Hawaii & was so impressed with this company he just HAD to get involved so he became a distributor there Now he's got a San Diego business address The website has been revamped & all traces of the overseas portions of the site have been deleted But parts are STILL made in China We discussed the carport styles available, based on the newspaper pictures and made an appointment He was bothered it was weeks away and stressed "any other person who would be required to give approval & sign contract would be there also" We wanted a double carport & he quoted $15-$16,that includes installation! IF they could take photos & use them in their ads Kind of expensive but they looked really nice Well, the guy never confirmed the appointment & never showed up! We had to take the day off work Now that I've read the other reviews it doesn't surprise me that the guy was a no-showIf you can't even keep your appointments, how do you expect someone to trust you to deliver what was ordered, plus get it installed properly? This isn't a DIY kit! How the Revdex.com can give this business an A+ rating is a mystery! Why hasn't ANYBODY written a positive review? What kind of a business runs with just salesperson to handle all of San Diego? Hopefully they will get their act together because the photos look great but if you can't even get the guy to come talk to you So a word to the wise -- do your homework & thoroughly check them out!

[redacted] ordered a card May [redacted] and she called 5/ [redacted] to say she hadn't received the orderWe told her we would send another card if she hadn'treceived her card by 5/**, as the Post Office is sometimes slow in deliveryWe sent a duplicate card 5/**We assume it was delivered, as the customer has not contacted us again

To whom it may the text message from me to *** was BEFORE I talked to my salesman, beforeAfter talking to Jon Nice the salesman which was after I heard Mr ***s side of things my salesman stated he never told *** the product was from any foreign countrythis is a classic case of he said she saidOur company in no way trains or encourages anyone to say the product is not from ChinaWe are happy to let anyone and everyone know we sell quality Chinese productsSo again my text messages were premature BEFORE I heard my salesman side of the story. what I do know is that *** was either approached or he approached *** *** with *** *** a distributor of a similar product (in this case a patio cover)*** *** is under investigation for defamation of character toward Premier Exteriors the company *** purchased a patio cover from*** talked down about our products in particular saying they are from china and are inferior to her products as she advertises in the local newspaper*** then called Me the owner asking for an update on shipping / delivery*** then asked me where the product came from and of course I said china with pride*** then says he wants a refund of his moneyNo where on the contract does it say where the product comes fromThis complaint is is not valid and is an attempt to deface the values and business ethics of Premier Exteriors*** was either approached or he approached a local competitor that's using persuasive scare tactics to encourage *** to cancel our contract.

Revdex.com:
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and Capital One Visa issued a full credit of the amount paid to the National Mah Jongg League Capital One sent me a notice in writing stating that they consider my case closed and I will not be chargedI have had
no contact with the National Mah Jongg League since filing this complaint
Sincerely,

I'm am 50/partner in my companyMy partner said to refer to the Purchase Order that *** signedIt clearly states that all sales are final and there is a day recession period of which *** did not excercise per the contract my text to *** is not valid per my business partnerWhat is valid is *** purchase a patio cover and we delivered it to his house per our contract. If anyone would like a copy of the contract please let me know where to send itJust because Mr *** doesn't like that the product was made in china is no reason for a refundOur sales representative has expressed to me that he in no way told *** the product was from any country of originHe may have said it's Japanese technology which is true but he would never have a reason to suggest the product was from Japan as it that is not significant. If the Revdex.com is going to make me refund your money even though my contract with you clearly states all sales are final then I will refund the money and cancel my account with the Revdex.com. take a look around , just about everything you see is from china why they had any significance here is beyond meOur products are of high quality and are purchased from a source that allows us to sell them at an affordable price to the consumerWhy *** wants a refund because the product was manufactured in china is not a just reason for a refundHe might as well return 80% of everything he owns because it's all from china. please refer to the contractRevdex.com please let me know if you need a copy and let me know if your going to honor what our contract says or a quick text that I sent without consulting my partner or the sales rep

We are enjoying our patio shade from Premier ExteriorsThe timeframe is long from order to finish but we knew this going into it The shade is very sturdy and allows some sun to come in, kinda like wearing sunglasses with UV protection The only thing was trying to call our repWe were notified that the product had come in The paperwork we had from the Business rep was a carbon copy so the info on it was very hard to see Tried calling the rep to find out about getting in touch with the installer but our calls were never returned We finally figured out the info/number for the installer on our very hard to see paperwork In the end, the product was installed and we are happy

I wanted to get through most of one full summer here in the HOT inland area with my new patio covers before writing a review for Premier ExteriorsIt began last year in late spring when I saw a newspaper ad for the Aurora Shade System from Premier Exteriors I knew when I saw the design of these particular patio covers that these were the type I’d wished had been in existence years ago; patio covers that were solid and yet did not obliterate the view, and would provide protection from heat and damaging UV rays The two patio covers I had at the time were next to worthless, and had been expensive on top of that They were the typical metal lattice style covers, which actually allow 50% of DIRECT sunlight onto skin, face, pets, furniture, etc As mentioned previously, I live in the inland area where HOT HOT summer heat frequently hits triple digits and is relentless at its worst Realizing that for several years I hadn’t been enjoying my patio because the lattice covers I had were essentially ineffective against that type of heat, I decided to give Premier Exteriors a call to inquire about their Aurora Shade System I am soooo glad I didAfter consulting with Justin, and describing the outcome for my patio I hoped to achieve, plus having many questions answered, I believed the Aurora Shade System would be worth giving a try I really appreciated that the covers could be custom designed, that was also a big plus I began with purchasing one patio cover to see how well it would actually function under such intense inland summer heat After it was up for half a year I saw how much more I was enjoying my patio, not to mention the heat reduction on that side of the house I decided to invest in two more patio covers, because I have a total of three patio areas that are otherwise exposed to direct sunlight most of the day I figured this decision would also help with my AC bill, because the first patio cover was already making a difference in the heat that used to radiate in through the walls and windowFast forward, I now have patio covers from Premier Exteriors and I am a truly happy customer This was one of the best home improvement decisions I’ve ever made for my home, and I've lived here nearly yearsThese Aurora Shade System patio covers have allowed me, my guests, and my pets to enjoy more of the outdoors than before I had them, literally increasing my living space My air conditioning unit does not come on as frequently as it used to in summer, which has resulted in lower energy bills I’ve also enjoyed standing under them during winter storms, completely dry but enjoying the beauty of the rain I'd also like to add that the style and look of my patio covers is sleek and attractive, and I've received a number of compliments So beauty and function come together in a great and beneficial productI understand - from other reviews - that sometimes it is hard to get in touch with Premier Exteriors when something needs to be addressed, but it has been my experience that they do get back to you and are committed to taking care of whatever needs to be done Please remember they are a relatively new business in the Southern California area, and as anyone who has ever had a business knows, it is not always easy starting a business and having everything run smooth as glass especially in the beginning, much as we’d like it to For me, this company definitely gets stars

Aloha attached is the purchase order contract between premier exteriors and *** *** and as our contract states there is a three day rescissionTo cancel the contract of which Mr*** did not exercise It is only after he spoke with *** *** our competitor that he wished to cancel because *** *** is promoting negative publicity about premier exteriors and we are looking at filing a lawsuit against *** *** for defamation of character this is a true story that Mr*** will 100% denyThe reason I know it's true is the fact that the gentleman that was hired to deliver the patio cover to Mr*** was told by Mr*** several things that stated he spoke to and knows *** *** owner of *** *** our competitor. Per our contract Mr*** is to allow Premier Exteriors to take photographs of the installed patio cover of which we have yet to receive. I feel Mr*** should follow through with his agreement and have someone install his patio cover and allow us to take photos of itIf the Revdex.com forces me to refund his money I will do so only if I'm told to and no complaint would be filed or listed on my Revdex.com profile. Please let me know what to do.

Love the patio cover I wanted something that let in the light but reduced the UV exposure and heat The patio cover makes our patio much more enjoyable and reduces the heat and glare that comes in the living room The service team recommended by the company did a good job, very efficient and professional

DO NOT Purchase anything from this company Buyer beware Owner conducts deceitful practice in sales and customer service

I want to break my issues with Premier Exteriors into one warning and two complaintsFirst, I had an issue with Justin’s attitude If you go to his website’s online brochure it shows variants of panels you could select When we agreed for him to install the carport I told him I wanted the mat *** He said it was not an option and I can only get purple He later calls me on an unrelated issue and I tell him that either the brochure is misleading or he should have forewarned me that there was a limit in tile availability He then brazenly tells me, the customer, that I was lying about the events (that I actually asked for the purple tiles) and goes on a profanity laced tirade about the installer TerryThis leads to the aforementioned warning Because of his attitude, I decided to do a background check of Justin In my opinion I think it is of utmost importance to do a background check of Justin *** *** before you even agree for a consultationFinally, his employee/3rd party installer Terry did a terrible job The top of my carport is literally riddled with screws put in randomly There are metal strips that cover the carport called battens Terry would screw on one then in another The screws are uneven It looks horribleTo his credit Justin said he would replace the whole structure at no cost Probably to prevent this review and others I might post I declined It is more important that people are aware of this company’s problems and Justin’s past than a replacement that would probably be as bad as the first
