Premier Fencing was just horrible to deal withWe were given a time frame of to t1/weeks to start and complete a deck and set of stairsIt actually took weeks from start to finishWe had other trades set to do work after the deck was 'supposed' to be finished that we needed to delayWe had to cancel summer holidays our backyard was a total disaster for about weeksWe lost a whole summer of enjoyment in our backyardThere was constant email contact with requests as to when they were coming and when they would be doneAll we got were excuses! The 'crew' they sent to build the deck and stairs was ONE guyThe finished product was great, but the frustration we experienced getting this project finished was off the chartsWe would not recommend this company nor would we ever use them again

Premier Fencing provided a competitive quote and performed its work on schedule, which was very important to us since we had another contractor attending our premises to compelte landscaping The installer was professional, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with Work was completed on time and our place was left neat and tidy We have received a lot of positive feedback about the fenceOverall, we had a great experience dealing with Premier and have no hestitations retaining them again or recommending them

I first noticed Premier Fencing on line and it looked like a strong possibility with their product line, then after receiving other quotes I easily decided on Premier Fencing because of the professional manner of business and prompt service! The workers completed a perfect job during the hottest days of the year and the quality of the design has our neighbours stopping to ask *WHO did this fence...it is absolutely beautiful* It is truly making us proud of our home and it showcases it perfectly! Very stunning job! Thank you!!

This company has been a nightmare to deal with!! After much research & several quotes we decided to book this company. We booked months in advance, they showed up two weeks late to do the work, guys didn't bring enough posts and had to come back to set, we were then told "A crew" would be coming to finish the fence off for us, definitely not who showed up. They sent out an older gentleman who worked alone, an older gal who sat on my back porch smoking for most of the day and a brand new hire that had no clue what he was doing and wandered around the yard. Needless to say it took several days to finally finish however we noticed a lot of problems with the workmanship, there was also lot of damage to our yard and lawn, concrete everywhere, lawn ripped up!!! The gate we paid for looks awful!! When we called to ask the owner to come out to do a walk around with us to show him the problems he refused and preceded to text us on the Saturday night demanding payment. We refused until the issues were fixed so he sent his father out to look over the fence and finally fixed some of the problems, but not all. When we gave them a cheque and thanked them for coming back finally the response was "we didn't really have any choice if we wanted to get paid" This company clearly doesn't care about the customer or quality of their workmanship what so ever. Since the negative review the owner Dan called us several times and has texted as well wanting it to be removed stating it's hurting his business....we have yet to receive any sort of acknowledgement to what we went thru or any sort of apology, his only response has been "the end result is you have a beautiful fence that's finished" and he proceeded to hang up on me.

We contracted Premier Fencing and Backyard Solutions to build a deck around our new pool and also had them redo a section of our existing fence. We found the price to be quite acceptable and on par with other quotes we reviewed. The workers and crews were very professional and moved the project along very efficiently. We are very pleased with our new deck and would highly recommend this company.
