Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Aspen Dental has relined this denture times already and in an effort to make the denture fit better and mesh with the lower teeth, they ground away several of the back teeth on the denture This did nothing to improve the fit of the denture If anything it made it worse and increased the pressure on the denture causing it to break down the middle I told them from the beginning that the denture did not fit properlyThe teeth are much smaller than my original teeth, do not mesh properly with the lowers and cause great discomfort when attempting to eat even the softest of foods Biting into a sandwich or similar food causes the back of the denture to lose its hold and even pull out of my mouth This denture was not made properly in the first place, does not fit my mouth and never did and for $I should be able to expect a better fit Another dentist I consulted for an unrelated matter even told me the denture does not fit properly and should be remade SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is obviously not the case because 'make do' efforts at adjustment are not solving the problem!! I have forwarded Mr. [redacted]’s response to the dental office for review by the manager and dentist.  All treatment recommendations and options are determined by the dentist.  I encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact the dental office directly at (440) 324-2600 (option 2) to make an appointment to meet with the dentist.  The dentist will determine if replacement of the denture is necessary, or warranted and at what if any cost to the patient.
