While we greatly appreciate your patience [redacted] , we are not financially in a position to refund the amount requested at this time In all honestly we have always intended on taking care of the issue by repainting your parts as we did the last time for your rocker panels and wheel opening mouldings I do want to make it clear that we had no intentions on leaving you without the job done and the lifetime warranty being honored which we give all of our customers and we promised we would do Currently we are working with only myself (***) as the only point of communication and [redacted] as the only one doing all prep, body and paint work so if you are willing to arrange a set date for you to drop your Durango off to fix the issue, we will fit it in right away and take care of the rest of the issues We ask that you understand we are running a small family business with only [redacted] and myself and we also have three children and other things in life that we are trying to balance until our business has grown enough to have other fulltime employees We did overlook and get side tracked in remembering your needs but we have no problem at all fixing the issue still Please let me know if you would like to arrange a day and time to get.your vehicle in to the shop so we can attampt to fix the issue Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been beyond patient with allowing them time to resolve the issues I have stated in my original claimTime and time again I was told to expect to be contacted to get my vehicle back in to be completed properlyI understand the demands of being a parent I also have kids and work two full time jobsWhich in part is why I was very understanding to the delays and not being contacted back when I was told I wouldAt this point it's been over a year from the day I first dropped off my vehicle to have service done that I paid for in full, but it's yet to be handledMultiple times I was put aside so that new customers could be taken care of instead of someone's who's money you already hadAt this time I do not have the confidence in this business to resolve my issue as it's gone on for over a year and feel I would still be waiting to hear back about finishing my vehicle if I had not filed this complaintI would like a refund for unsatisfactory work and time I've wasted trying to get these issues resolvedThank you for your offer to attempt to finish resolving my concerns but I do not think it's in my.best interest to again believe the statement will be upheld and me not put off again Sincerely, [redacted]

Time and time again I was told to expect to be contacted to get my vehicle back in to be completed properly. I understand the demands of being a parent I also have 4 kids and work two full time jobs. Which in part is why I was very understanding to the delays and not being contacted back when I was told I would. At this point it's been over a year from the day I first dropped off my vehicle to have service done that I paid for in full, but it's yet to be handled. Multiple times I was put aside so that new customers could be taken care of instead of someone's who's money you already had. At this time I do not have the confidence in this business to resolve my issue as it's gone on for over a year and feel I would still be waiting to hear back about finishing my vehicle if I had not filed this complaint. I would like a refund for unsatisfactory work and time I've wasted trying to get these issues resolved. Thank you for your offer to attempt to finish resolving my concerns but I do not think it's in my.best interest to again believe the statement will be upheld and me not put off again.
