Review: I purchased an elliptical machine from this store which was a floor model. It has a mfg. warranty on parts and labor. At the time I was not told that this machine was a left over from the previous business that went out of business and that this new store does not carry this brand or service it. 1 month later after only 2hrs of use I had issues with the machine that rendered it unusable without a repair. After many phone calls and reschedules 1.5wks later a technician came out to look at it. A part had to be ordered. When the part did finally come in we had to call for status and set up an appt. Technician was a no show. That was a week ago from this complaint. Numerous phone calls have been made to the store and technician complaining and trying to set up an appt. We have not received a straight answer yet and machine still can't be used. I paid full price for the floor model and this store has not tried to rectify the issue. It was said by the owner to my boyfriend in person that he could care less if we are happy because he makes enough money not to worry about repeat customers. Not professional in the age of networking and social media. I have at the time of this complaint also submitted this complaint to the Attorney General and to my bank since I purchased it on my bank CC. This store also does not accept returns.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, the machine removed so I can purchase a brand new one from the manufacturer directly and they can service my machine if and when needed.
