Review: We paid Premier Fits to manufacture hats for us in the Fall of 2013. We sent them the first 50% of the payment ($959.44USD) to start making the sample. We didn't see an image from them until January of 2014. The sample that was made was wrong, so they went back to fix the hat. Again we didn't see another update from them until the end of February. Emails were sent back and forth with them telling us that their factories have been off for holidays in China. They were very slow in replying to messages and communication was not transparent. Fed up with the situation we decided to ask for a refund back since the only thing we've seen within 6 months of paying was a couple of photos.

In March/April 2014, they agreed to refunding us via cheque. It is now October 2014 and we have not seen anything yet. There was about 6-8 emails sent back and forth between March - July 2014 about getting a refunding, resending cheques, and them "checking back with their accounting". They even tried changing our minds by getting the hats done and giving us a discount, dissatisfied with their service entirely.. I just wanted the money back. Since July 2014 they have stopped replying to email messages and have ignored us completely.

These guys do not stick to their production deadlines. They take a really long time responding to emails and when you respectfully ask for a refund, they try to dodge you and eventually ignore you. It's been about one year now since I've paid $959.44 for hats and all I've gotten are a few photos. I have no hats and I am short $959.44. We've pretty much been robbed.

Review: This company has strung me along for over a year now and has not followed through with our agreed order of custom headwear. Premier Fits has flat out stolen $1450 and they have cut off all communication, even canceling their listed phone number. Have not received goods or a refund to date. Do not do business with premierfits.comDesired Settlement: I entered an agreement with business Premier Fits for them to make custom hats for my business. I paid full payment of $1450 on September 18th, 2014. Hats were incorrect so they were shipped back to Premier Fits, they agreed to manufacturing new hats for me. I have several emails acknowledging their mistake and of their promise to make the new hats. Manufacturing custom goods does take time so I remained patient. Still no goods to date. Either our full refund or goods agreed upon would suffice

Review: I place and order for 100 hats from premier fit in January 2012.....its stated that I will receive my product in 8-10 weeks. during that 10th week or so, I received a picture of the hats for me to confirm everything was ok. I gave them the ok and assumed my hats were being shipped. it took 10 more weeks for my product to ship out. I didn't receive my hats til august 2012. the customer service rep never replied back to any emails after I made my final payment. later on I met a few guys from Premier Fits at the 2012 Magic show and come to find out the guy who helped me was fired.

I loved my product so much and so did my customers I decided to order again, especially since I was granted a 30% discount on my next order. so I was giving Premier Fits the benefit of the doubt and I also wanted to take advantage of the discount and so I decided to order 300 hats February 2013. the processing/production time was updated to 10-13 weeks. during that 13th week I received a picture of the product and this time I questioned was my product finished or was my product about to start production. I understand that samples are need before full production takes place but it was advertised that product will be finished and customer will receive it in 10-13 weeks. After I made final payment, again the same thing happened. now its going on 10 months and I still haven't received my product and no one responds to my emails and my customer service rep phone is now off or change. the Funny thing is I created a new email and inquired as a new customer and someone responded that same day. I later on read reviews about premier fits and everyone says the same thing. Great product but bad customer service and false advertising as far as receiving product on time. I don't recommend no one give them any businessDesired Settlement: First, I would like an Apology, an email with an explanation and my money back. I will no longer give Premier Fits any of my business. secondly, I would like a Complimentary service of my product. If premier fits did place my order and or does evenuatlly receive my product because they are the third or fourth party company. There is no need or reason for them to try and resell me my own product because of their bad services. they should just give it to me compliments of their great company.

Review: I paid Premier Fits on 2/17/13 for 100 hats. I paid a 50% deposit and the other 50% was due on completion. I was promised as per their terms that I would recieve my product within 8-10 weeks. Its been 14 weeks and they keep telling me my hats will be ready next week. I keep getting the run around and now they completely ignore my emails. I am paying over $1,200 for the hats and they have absolutely no answer for me when I ask them where my hats are. They have no contact number and I feel I got scammed for my money. They dont have any product for me so they keep telling me my hats will be here "soon". I send emails to [redacted] and [redacted]. No response, no explanation, no answer for anything. No one knows anything. Its their company but for some reason no one knows where my hats are or whats going onDesired Settlement: I would like them to either give me my hats that I was supposed to have 6 weeks ago or give me my money back. I cannot go on and not have my product or my money. I need a response from this company
