I had carpeting installed in my house by this company to the tune of $6,including the $fee to move the furnitureI was sold the carpet under the impression that it was a quality year carpet and I added an upgraded padThe carpet had been installed for less than a year when the seam in the living room started unravelingLittle pieces of the carpet were flaking off dailyThe seam was an eyesore and extended approximately feet in lengthI got in touch with the person who sold me the carpet and they sent an installer out to do the repairAfter a discussion with installer who was supposed to do the repairs, we decided that the pre-planned repair really wasn't going to be a good fix for the problemThe installer went back to the shop to discuss the options and said that someone would contact meI never heard another word for maybe months or moreI again, contacted the person who sold me the carpet, and inquired about the repair and it took me about more months to actually get another group of installers to come out and attempt the repairThe final repair was completed with a large square piece of carpet that they said came from the same "dye" lot (like I could ever verify that) that they just fit into the damaged area, doesn't remotely match the carpet that is there now, and was installed complete with a T-seam located in the middle of the living roomWhile I was still not satisfied with the repair or the new seams, the salesperson spoke with the owner who stated that, since the gap in the seam was corrected there was nothing more to doCustomer satisfaction is most assuredly not a priority with this businessDon't bother
