I don't know exactly the man that is NOW responding is. I have never spoken to neither him or the female that previously responded to this complaint. I don't know who they are communicating with, but I have been speaking directly to HPI management, so exactly who are they speaking with? There is a police report, which was stated in the last Revdex.com response, and I don't work for the court system, but there is action being taking and I currently have copies of the police report, and paperwork from HPI. So, again, I don't know what information this *** *** or this *** *** has been givenFurthermore exactly who are the communicating with? Because, per HPI they have not spoken to Premier flooring and also it was stated in Premier's previous remarks the HPI had inspected the work done by Premier in July and was statisfied, yet they have scheduled a different carpet company to come and correct issues that was found to have NOT been done correctly when they came and inspected for the FIRST and ONLY time on August 26, 2016 the work done in July. So I say AGAIN, Premier should choke when they let it come out their mouths that they value customer service, they allow UNKNOWN men who are on parole for "possession of methadone," and I quote from the police report her in my hands. They subcontracted to people who in turn gathered other people and allowed them access into my home by to preform work. They are representing Premier flooring. No one had knowledge of these people, or their criminal backgrounds. I state AGAIN, I repeatedly asked *** ***, who was they person that come to my house and did the measurements, and who was the ONLY representative that I spoke with when the incident was initially reported what was they name of the "installation company" that came to my home and the names of the workers and he acted like he couldn't give they names, and upon my continued pressuring during that conversation for the name of the company and workers he DID NOT give a name and them disconnected the call and continued to let all calls go to voicemail. About a half hour went by and a man called me stating that he was told to call me to see if he could help me, but he didn't know what he was calling to help with. He stated he was the guy subcontracted to lay the carpet, and that he got another guy to do the job and he got helpers, and that there was no company name because he didn't have a company they just do work. He was they one that gave me names of three of the man that was at my home, but had no clue who the fourth guy was that sporadically showed up on a motorcycle and stayed shortly and left. He had to call someone and find out and then called me back with the mans name. So I say again, premier flooring allowed unknown, drug addicted people posing as their employees enter into my home and money was stolen. This is beyond a theft issue as well, a safety issue in also to the forefront. After reading the police report it further angered me that drug addicted criminals have been all throughout my home and hypothetically what if my home were to get further burglarized or broken into while I'm not home, or further more in the middle of the night while I'm home or my young child is home alone. A hypothetical situation like that could turn very wrong or dangerous, because with the heightened crime that is taken place due to drugs who would be accountable for that considering people posing as PREMIER FLOORING EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTING THE COMPANY PREMIER FLOORING sent in unknown men with criminal backgrounds (actively being monitored by Louisville Metro Corrections) into my home without my knowledge, no disclaimers were presented or signed and property was damaged (my computer stand & lamp were broken), $was stolen. So, whom ever are you (*** * ***) talking to, because I've spoken to several people at HPI, and mainly *** ***, who I have a signed letter from stated exactly when they inspected your work and it WAS NOT in July as was stated in your initial response to Revdex.com. You (***)stated in your initial response to Revdex.com that YOU contacted me and spoke politely and encouraged me to file a police report, but its funny because I"VE NEVER SPOKEN TO YOU A DAY IN MY LIFE!!! So I don't know who you have a polite conversation with because IT WASN'T ME! Because if you spoke to me you would have known that the police was involved! You stated you spoke to HPI and they saw no merit, but if you spoke to HPI you would know different as well as they are having another carpet company to come and repair found issues with the carpet work that was done, AND they stated they stated and I quote "The Housing Partnership is unaware of the use of ANY third party and HPI was billed directly from Premier flooring for services provided." This is from a statement from HPI. Per *** *** of HPI, the contract that HPI had with Premier flooring had no verbiage allowing or authorizing third party usage and further more its seems that Premier flooring did not or couldn't have possible completed background checks also. I state this because *** *** from Premier flooring did not know a single name of the men who were in my home. Premier flooring subcontracts without the hiring companies knowledge and sends unknown people with drug and criminal history into peoples home for them to get robbed and potentially put people at risk for further criminal, and potentially dangerous criminal acts. Was it because my home is located in the west end that you allowed this and these type of people? I'm sure you wouldn't have allowed these people into your home in Prospect, KY! What a way to strive for customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!! . Regards,

[I am not satisfied with this response because what Premier has listed in their response is fabricated. Premier flooring has never contacted my landlord regarding this matter I contacted my landlord regarding the matter at which time my landlord contacted Premier. And then communication took place between myself *** *** who was the representative for Premier. He was very sincere, remorseful and stated "I will call you back so that we can get this matter recitified right away." he stated he would be calling me back shortly which turned into hours and calling back with an entirely different demeanor. Stating "after talking to the owners theres nothing he can do." He then spoke of putting me in touch with the instillation company. After continuous questions of who is the instillation company and their name, which he never gave a name, he disconnected the call and would not answer the phone continuously sending the call to voicemail and I have not been able to speak with a live person since. Now how is that taking pride in how you treat people. HPI has not once been to my home to inspect the job done by this company I guess that's why there are areas where sharp objects poke myself and children in the feet if we walk bare foot in different areas. HPI stated they were unaware of subcontractors doing this job. The job was to be done by Premier flooring. The workers that cone to my home where not employees of Premier flooring. AT NO Time was I informed by *** *** of Premier flooring who came to my home to do the measurements or the men who came to my home that they were subcontractors and not actual employees of Premier flooring. No forms were signed stating that they were not responsible for stolen or damages. Which they damaged my computer stand and broke a lamp as well. They Left their broom and measuring tape. Funny you don't even take your supplies that you brought into my home. Premier flooring did not even know the names or back grounds of the men that where in my home. One of which had on a hone incarceration ankle monitor. And when I asked *** *** of Premier the men's names he did not know them. HPI has spoken to me on numerous occasions and has not once expressed that this was not a case of lost money the expressed their concern especially because they hired Premier flooring and not subcontractors and they informed me they were going to go over their contracts that they have with Premier flooring and I currently awaiting a call back from *** *** of HPI. The facts that Premier has listed in this response are not correct! The amount listed ($40) is incorrect it was $and Premier flooring didn't call HPI in regards to that matter at all, matter of fact they never spoke with HPI until I contacted HPI regarding all of this. I don't have a son! the year old person was my brother and he and my daughter were together, downstairs in the same room the entire time with no access to the upstairs or knowledge that their was money in the home. The only people that had entire access to the upstairs, my room and my bed and pillows were those men the Premier sent into my home as well as the 4th man the showed up on the motorcycle and quickly left. Premier flooring is not telling the truth in this matter, they hired a no name company with no company name or creditials with employees with criminal backgrounds and no criminal checks and sending them into people homes REPRESENTING PREMIER FLOORING and not informing the people that they are indeed a subcontracted group that is not even a COMPANY (just guys in a white truck on home incarceration) My money came up missing after these people had access to my room and the exact place where the money was hidden. Premier flooring statement in this complaint does not match ANY of the conversations that I've had with HPI and I've spoken to Rhonda Sears in maintnance, *** *** who is over her and another person. HPI stated they were under the impression that PREMIER FLOORING was doing, and had done the work not these other men. Again, I state the entire response that Premier has listed is and the last line list regarding how they treat people is a completely the opposite of how they have treated me. And the flooring work that was done by the fake company that they sent here was never inspected and their are numerous areas that if your in your bare feet you can feel sharp areas sticking up through the carpet, so the flooring work is not of good quality either and again PREMIER FLOORING is who this work is suppose to represent. They are responsible for sending thieves into my home to basically rob me. Ms*** *** at *** ** *** *** in Louisville, Kentucky has never been a customer of Premier FlooringHer landlord, however, The Housing Partnership (also known as HPI) did contract Premier Flooring to replace carpet in her unit. Services were rendered and the job was inspected by HPI
and approved. While the job was being done, our crew did find $in cash in Ms***'s home. They immediately called HPI - who contacted Ms*** - who instructed our team, in her absence, to give the money to her son who lives with her. This is what our team did. One entire week later...we received a frantic phone call from Ms*** accusing our crew of stealing a bag of cash that she apparently had just noticed was missing from under her pillow. Premier Flooring contacted HPI and they saw no merit in this complaint. We contacted Ms*** and politely encouraged her to file a police report - which, to our knowledge has never been done. We at Premier Flooring take pride in customer satisfaction and sympathize with Ms***, however we cannot respond any other way than this to an unsubstantiated accusation.
