certain areas it is not possible for students to register for this course onlineShe mentioned that she had just purchased the course that day and that she even had a confirmation number for the transactionI took that confirmation number and it brought me to a Utah Food Handler Card account that she purchased for $on 2/10/she had completedI made her aware of this; and I also had my accounting department double check to make sure that we did not charge anything else on the same card that was used on 2/10/I verified that nothing else had been chargedI made her aware of this as well, and I let her know that if she had paid $it was most likely through another company and I suggested that she check her credit card statement to see who had made this chargeShe agreed and the call was endedSince so many companies offer the same type of training, we often get people that get confused as to who they registered with, this seems to be one of those cases. Review: This company had an advertisement on their site that suggested I purchase an alcohol serving permit which suggested it was affiliated with the program, but was not. When I went to purchase the program I had issues with the website, and the technical support member said it may have charged my credit card for a program they do not own or promote.Desired Settlement: If I go to purchase an item that I have previously purchased and completed (thinking it is a different course) I want to know that my credit card will not be charged and a window stating that if I go BACK my credit card will automatically be charged will not pop up.

We do offer the ServSafe Alcohol training, however, since we only provide it in certain areas it is not possible for students to register for this course online. She mentioned that she had just purchased the course that day and that she even had a confirmation number for the transaction. I took that confirmation number and it brought me to a Utah Food Handler Card account that she purchased for $24.95 on 2/10/2015 she had completed. I made her aware of this; and I also had my accounting department double check to make sure that we did not charge anything else on the same card that was used on 2/10/2015. I verified that nothing else had been charged. I made her aware of this as well, and I let her know that if she had paid $89 it was most likely through another company and I suggested that she check her credit card statement to see who had made this charge. She agreed and the call was ended. Since so many companies offer the same type of training, we often get people that get confused as to who they registered with, this seems to be one of those cases.
