Review: Jewel Human Services is a not for profit agency that serves mentally and physically disabled adults. Our daily responsibility is to pick up our individuals from their homes and transport them to our facility. A lot of our adults are in work-sites and volunteer sites. On June [redacted] we towed our vehicle to the Ford shop to be serviced. I spoke to a service advisor named [redacted] he assured me that our vehicle will be checked that day. Later on that day I called to obtain the status on the vehicle. He stated that our vehicle wouldn't be service until the end of the week. I expressed that this will be unacceptable due to the nature of our business. I decided to climb the chain of command. I spoke directly to the shop foreman named [redacted] and he tried to resolve the issue but to avail. The bill for that repair was $1800, this was costly but we paid because this vehicle is germane to our business and the foreman assured me that our vehicle wouldn't need maintenance for at least 6 months. A little over two (2) months past and our vehicle are showing the same symptoms as it did two (2) months earlier. The vehicle is in repair once more and the estimated repair for this current repair is valued at $2800 for the same service that is “supposed” to be under warranted. In addition to being over charged for the repair our vehicle has been sitting in their facility for going on 3 weeks. This type of customer service is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I believe that a serious pricing adjustment should be implemented. In addition to the poor service for the vehicle maintenance the technicians at Premiere Ford broke one of the glass on the vehicle so we are expected to be with out a vehicle for another week.

Response:

Customer was originally on on 7/*/13 for Check Engine Light found numerous codes. It was also noted vehicle had been repaired just prior at out side facility and not repaired properly. We were instructed to do a minimal repair as company had limited funds. Repair was made at 164951 miles RO# [redacted]. Cost $425.08. It was also noted that the #2 & #4 injectors were weak at this time.Vehicle delivered on 7/*. On 8/** vehicle was towed in w/crank no start condition. It was found that it needed a crankshaft sensor as well as multiple inector failure as noted on previous repair. Repairs not related to prior visit but was noted that condition existed at that time. Mileage now is [redacted]. The glass in question did break in our facility but to no fault of ours since door was missing protective molding at bottom of glass which wew not see and when door was open on lift to begin repairs lower exposed glass touched the arm on the lift and glass shattered . Eventhough it wasn't due to our negligence we are replacing glass and are replacing it at no cost to customer. The legnth in time was due to several factors one being the parts were ordered from Ford Motor Co. and they were on a holiday schedule due to Labor Day and second is it takes over a week for the glass to arrive since it is a tempered special order glass not available locally. As a courtesy we will extend an offer of a discount on this repair.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Premier Ford and was not provided with a contract although the vehicle had been provided to me. I provided the car dealership with a down payment as well as car insurance had been purchased for the vehicle. I repeatedly asked for a contract before the car dealership provided me with the vehicle. I was not provided with a contract until approximately 2 weeks after the car dealership provided me with the vehicle. I found a copy of the contract in my mailbox at my home and after review of the contract realized that my signature had been forged on the contract.

I was informed by both the car dealership and loan company (Americredit) that I would need to provide 3 references to them in order for the loan to be approved, yet I was already in possession of the vehicle. I received numerous messages from both the dealership and loan company regarding this matter. I was eventually informed by the loan company that I had been approved for the loan for the vehicle, despite not providing them with the 3 references that I was told I needed. I informed the loan company that I had not in fact provided the dealership with the 3 references and was unaware of how the loan could have been approved without the references. The loan company informed me that they would further investigate this matter with the car dealership and contact me, but they have failed to do so as of yet.Desired Settlement: Rescission of transaction/fraudulent contract , refund of monies spent, and return of vehicle.

Review: On March **, 2011 I bought a 2010 Ford ES-350 SD from Premier Ford Dealership located at [redacted]. On the same day I purchased from this dealership extended 72 mo/100,000 miles warranty for the vehicle which cost $2,915.00.

In May of 2013 the above vehicle was stolen. At the time the vehicle was stolen it had 49,000 miles on; I used only 26 month out of 72 months of extended warranty so I still had either 51,000 miles or 46 months to go on that warranty.

In September of 2013 I purchased a 2012 Ford ES -150 from the same Dealership and also I purchased a new extended warranty because I was told by [redacted] (the person who handles financing and extended warranty there) that I can't transfer extended warranty from my previous vehicle. At the same time [redacted] told me that I would be refunded for the unused warranty months from my previous warranty contract around $1500.00 if I buy another car with them or around $1000.00 if I buy it somewhere else.

Since October 2013 I have made numerous phone calls to [redacted] requesting my refund. At first when I was able to speak with him he gave me such excuses as "It takes time to do that paperwork", "The person who can issue the refund is on vacation", "Can you call me in a couple days?" Lately I could not reach him by phone at all and he never returned by phone callsDesired Settlement: To get prorated refund for unused months of extended warranty.
