Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/04/22) */ CASE NUMBER [redacted] To whom it may concern, I am responding to a complaint that was filed against Premier RentalsOn 4/12/Ms [redacted] came into the Mishawaka Location asking for her moneyI asked her to please explain what she was talking about because I was unsure about the situationShe stated that [redacted] had called her and told her she had o store credit due to her being a previous customerShe was under the impression that she Could just take the credit in the form of cash being handed overWe made the sales call because she was a previous paid in full customerAs I am explaining this she is getting very upset because she "does not need anything that we have to offer." I tried explaining to her that an instore credit is not cashShe said years ago she came in and put money clown on a stove that she never receivedI told her that I needed to look intc the situationShe kept insisting on me giving her the owners personal informationI tried telling her I could not do that but I would reach out to him myselfOn 04/13/She called the store and [redacted] tried explaining to her again the situation she was unhappy and hung upOn 04/14/She proceeded to come into the store againShe demanded a refund claiming she never got the merchandisetried explaining to her that she did in fact get the merchandise and did in fact go days past due when we had to come repossess the stoveShe started getting very loud and very rude and calling team members including myself thieves and liars) asked her times to leave my storeShe then started recording on her cell phone and I asked her again to leave or we would escort her outShe did not want to leaveWe started to escort her out and that's when she started calling us racist and started using foul language and started name callingI will also include the paperwork that we have from 04/20/when the customer came into the store to rent the merchandiseNot only is the rental agreement signed but her delivery sheet slating she took possession is also signedAlso include will be her payment history showing that her account went days past clue before we were able to retrieve our merchandiselwould like to add that after the 04/20/situation she had come back into the Mishawaka location on 08101/and purchased a sunny pub which is a small dining table with stools and at this time she paid it off still never mentioning the stove from months prior, Thank you for yotir time [redacted] Store Manager Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/04/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) She was under the impression that she Could just take the credit in the form of cash being handed over. We made the sales call because she was a previous paid in full customer. As I am explaining this she is getting very upset because she "does not need anything that we have to offer." I tried explaining to her that an instore credit is not cash. She said 2 years ago she came in and put money clown on a stove that she never received. I told her that I needed to look intc the situation. She kept insisting on me giving her the owners personal information. I tried telling her I could not do that but I would reach out to him myself. On 04/13/17 She called the store and [redacted] tried explaining to her again the situation she was unhappy and hung up. On 04/14/17 She proceeded to come into the store again. She demanded a refund claiming she never got the merchandise. tried explaining to her that she did in fact get the merchandise and did in fact go 11 days past due when we had to come repossess the stove. She started getting very loud and very rude and calling 3 team members including myself thieves and liars. ) asked her 3 times to leave my store. She then started recording on her cell phone and I asked her again to leave or we would escort her out. She did not want to leave.
