Review: As of march ** 2013. I was told by premier home services that they notified me [redacted] by mail of an hourly wage pay cut of $2.93 subtracted from my regular hourly pay rate of $14.93 due to gov.cut backs. I personally never received the letter of notification of this pay rate cut. But according to premier home care they notified me [redacted] by mail. On july ** 2013. I [redacted] received a phone call from Premier home care staff member. The staff member notified me of another hourly pay rate cut of an additional $2.per hour. When I [redacted] asked the staff member when will this pay rate cut take effect. The staff member replied that it was effective as of july 1 2013. I [redacted] replied back and ask why was I notified by mail or phone call before this hourly pay cut toke effect. Staff member replied and said that she Premier home care doest have tell me about any present hourly pay cut or any future hourly pay cut. Then the staff member replied back and said that I would see the difference in july ** 2013 check. I was not giving proper notification of an pay rate changes in my weekly -monthly salary. Accordingly to ny state labor lawDesired Settlement: I would like this matter to result in my regular hourly pay rate of 14.93 effective as of july** 2013 Im being paid $10.hr now from 14.93 in the short time spand of march to the present july ** 2013I would like lost hourly wages of $14.93 from the time each hourly pay rate was cut.
