Mr*** was upset with Ben because he did not have the authority to have TLC pay his dollar attorney billWe told Mr*** on several occasions we would speak to *** *** *** about this bill and try to work something outTLC did not hold the escrow another firm did and on the
first offer it is was lack of communication on other firms part, both Ben and myself multi times a day contacted other firm trying to make first offer work and to retrieve the escrow release form them when first buyer was unable to obtain a loan due to drop in credit scoreWe were hired to sell the *** property and we got two offersMr *** was very irate on the phone with me and saying what a horrible job we did, when in essence we got a full price offer on his homeIt is true I did hang up the phone on Mr *** after he threatened to sue me, I said I would speak to his attorney again to try to work something outThe buyer on this transaction wanted TLC Real Estate to pay dollars to have his loan extended because of the this home's water kept coming back unsatisfactoryI did meet with *** *** on June 9, about the matter and he agreed it was not TLC Real Estate responsibility to pay for either the buyers or sellers extra expenseThere for after that meeting with Mr*** I felt this matter was resolved, and as of 6/23/at 7:am I have not received commission on closing of the property located on *** *** ***
