Very professional staff, showed up on time and I had my report the same dayWould highly recommend!

Complaint: *** according to my contractor the rot to the siding was visible from the outsideInspector was given the opportunity to come back and view it but refusedThe toy to the deck which he does not address in his response here was clear I visible from beneathHe was given the opportunity to come back and see it for himself but refusedTherefore if he did not take the opportunity to view it how can he state it was not there.

No Monies due to *** because all the visible exterior damage was noted on the report
Our inspections are visual only and non-intrusive as per state standards of practice
Neither client was in state at time of inspection, nor was her contractor present at time of inspection, so whatever is being said is hear say and not what was visible at time of inspection
Everything else has already been address
