When the house was ordered Mr& Mrs*** signed and agreed to everything on the contract It took about weeks for the house to come in, so prior to that I told them that this house will be delivered directly to their property site And I told them in urgency how important
for them to have their driveway and their lot ready prior to the house getting thereThey assured me that all this would be done prior to the house being delivered to their property site One day prior to the house being delivered I notified them to let them know the house was going to be delivered Two weeks prior to this we had discussed about a set up crew that could set his house for him based on his fixed contract price and he was completely fine with what we had discussedSo the day of delivery we notified them that their house is coming so I sent my employees down there to meet the drivers with the house When we got there the drivers informed me that they can not pull the house up on his property site because there is not enough room to make it up in there with the house and road tractors So the drivers had to drop both halves of the house about half a mile away from property site. So by this time some of the issues had began, one of the issues the customer did not have his driveway ready as I stressed to them prior to the house getting there Within days from my understanding *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** was there to set the home During this time we checked the house in as stated there were a few things that needed to be addresssed that were damaged As the home was being delivered there was a blow out so that caused damage to the kitchen floor area, a buldge in the siding, and a few drywall stress cracks from the delivery of the home, the microwave hub was missing as well as some of the bathroom light globes In which all of these are legitimate complaints and are covered underneath the manufactured warranty. So within two days with the house being set up Mr*** suggusested to me that if he does the repairs himself because he does not want to wait on the service department to come and do the repairs, if the manufacturer will do a cash settlement with him for $2, I told him that this was not my call to make that it would be up to the manufacutuer, so prior to that agreement being made I had spoke to Mr*** on the phone that one of my guys would come dowon to do his marriage drywall work to the home which I was ask by *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and I told him I would help him out and send one of my guys down to do thatSo within two days I sent my drywall guy down there to begin the drywall work on the marriage walls which is part of the set up that *** *** would normally do but I agreed to help out with this small projectWhen my drywall guy arrived Mr*** had told my worker that he did not want him their to do the work because he had someone else coming in to do the workSo at this point we also had turned in a service request form to the manfactured for repairs on his home By this time Mr*** had been calling and texting me being very belligerent and using vulgar language towards me At this time I felt very uneasy in talking or speaking to him in regards to any of the service work that he needed to have done. So I feel at this time I have done everything in my power to help Mr*** with his issues, but I am not going to argue or be cused out by him or anyone else when all of this could have been handled in an adult manner I have attached a copy of the Sales Contract / Buyers Order and a copy of the dealer warranty in a seperate email.Thank You for your time in this matter,*** ***Premier Homes

Review: We purchased a double wide, mobile home from Premier Homes. During transport, the home obtained many drywall cracks which required repair, as well as a floor joist was broken which damaged the kitchen floor in several spots. Also, the front wall of the home was bulged out several inches. The house was also missing parts such as a microwave hub, and all of the vanity light covers in one of the bathrooms. In addition, a lot of the work originally contracted did not need to be done... most of the footers from the prior home were able to be used for the new home so this was a lot of work that did not have to be done that had originally been priced into the deal. When we first contacted [redacted] about these issues, he agreed we would receive a check for $2000 back to cover us for having to fix all of the repairs. We have not received this check and [redacted] will no longer return our phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the $2000 check to cover all of the repairs we had to make to the house ourselves, as well as the work that did not have to be done with the footers, and the cost of having to go buy a microwave hub and vanity lights.

I told him that this was not my call to make that it would be up to the manufacutuer, so prior to that agreement being made I had spoke to Mr. [redacted] on the phone that one of my guys would come dowon to do his marriage drywall work to the home which I was ask by [redacted] and I told him I would help him out and send one of my guys down to do that. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am attaching a screen shot of the text message between the dealer and my husband where the dealer said they agreed to pay us $2000 if we fixed the home ourselves, which is why we went ahead and hired contractors out of our own pocket to fix the drywall, flooring, etc. This is why we had already hired someone to fix the drywall when the dealer sent someone to our home unannounced to do this. We already had this agreement at that time. In regards to getting the home in our road, we tried multiple times to get [redacted] to come look at our road to see if it was accessible. [redacted]'s business partner, [redacted], as well as [redacted] who put the home together both came and looked and mentioned nothing about a problem getting it in our road. I am also attaching the bill from [redacted] proving that there was no extra charges to [redacted] for him bringing the home in our road. All we are asking for is for [redacted] to fulfill his agreement to reimburse us the $2000 for the home repairs as he stated they agreed to do in this text message. We have also never received the hub to our microwave.
