Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11141748, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from this business is an outright lie in almost every way possibleThe floors were installed according to "floating floor specifications" originallyWe were open and honest with them from the beginning about our desire to fix the floor by gluing the pieces down due to the fact that we had tried to repair it correctly several times without any luckMy issue was never with them gluing the boards down and ultimately it was never with the repairs as a wholeThis company cut corners to get the job done easier for themI would be much more willing to accept that if it had not been such a total joke to get the job doneI was told that they would start and finish the job on MondayThat was not doneIt is not my job to then take off of work for more days so they could get their act together to finish the jobI don't understand how you show up to my house separate times and each time the repair man does not have the tools needed to do the jobTo say that we were billed on 2/9, but didn't pay till 2/is completely the fault of the businessI tried over and over and over to reach the owner Wayne, who apparently is to scared to return my callsI complained time and time again and finally just paid the stupid bill because I was sick of waiting for the ownerI have never in my entire life not paid a bill I was responsible forThe sad part is that the owner Wayne accused me of trying to "skip out" on the bill but never, not even once, addressed my actual concernsTo this day the owner has still NEVER called me to discuss this issueI even put in this Revdex.com complaint that I wanted to owner to contact me and he has notWhy else would he avoid speaking with a customer unless he was at fault this whole timeAt this point I don't want the company to communicate with me unless they are willing to admit fault for their horrible serviceOtherwise, they can leave me aloneThe repair squad should really be embarrassed by their customer service and the fact that Wayne represents them in any way Regards,

[redacted] , We have reviewed what you have stated hereWe spoke with you on the phone when you called the office Our Office Manager promised you a quick response to your concern The fact remains that we did address you immediately and the Owner who had been there minutes prior to the first phone call, did speak with you directly and asked you if everything was alright and your reply was everything was fine and wished us a good day You are correct in that, we needed power to run the blower to clean up debris from the yard - a young man came out of the home and said we could connect but we should speak to the owner They left the cord on the roof but did not connect the power, since you were shopping, as was statedYou also never mentioned a problem with the tarp protecting your property from debris while we were thereWe also stated we would clean any debris the wind blew over since the houses are directly connected The owner called you back the same day (Wed.), when he came back in the office, and said he apologized if there was any more confusion, but we did not use power, as stated by the different crew members, from our team The reason we needed to return the following day, was due to that fact directly, because we could not fix any damaged wood because we could not plug in our saws The homeowner had forgotten to leave his access open that first day So we had to come the following day to finish We also cleaned any debris that had blown around off the tarps and swept up the areasWhen the owner spoke with you, he offered to compensate you for any power you thought we had used, you replied that its "not necessary", but again did voice the concern for the obvious We agreed with you that your concern was valid and we stated we apologize for any stress it may have caused If you wish for compensation for kilowatts of electricity, we offered It was not accepted We absolutely, undeniably, did not in any way, disrespect you, or your property, we tried to protect it with a simple tarp that caused zero damage to anything We addressed you multiple times and have phone and witnessed accounts as well According to our team, we ran a cord but never used powerSo this our response as has been stated and we are not sure why you felt this step was necessary, after we spoke with you directly several times and you seemed very agreeable once we talked

The ac died roughly days ago in 80-90* weatherNo problem saw them on tv got on line filled out the form to request a estimate and crickets. So after a few days I decided to call them maybe I filled out something incorrectly and the person took all my information including my address sorry to repeat my self but yes they took my current address where I live and the AC would need to be driven to and looked at,repaired, replacedThey scheduled a appointment days laterThat would be acceptable because I understand that it is summer and I'm sure that they are busy, but not so busy that they forgot to look at my addressThey informed me that they would call the day before to confirm the appointment
Time goes by slowly when you can't sleep because of the anticipation of having AC new shiny and working as it should while lying in a puddle of your own sweat, but I'm tuff and managed to survive the weekRing ring don't know the #The excitement of getting the call to confirm the appointment was very short lived as the very nice lady on the other end wasn't calling to confirm but instead to cancel my long awaited appointment because I was out of the service areaSo 7-days of wait is completely wasted on a very unprofessional company that doesn't return calls online requests or even have the decency to verify your address to see if it is in the service areaDid I mention that I'm less than miles from their shopI know that's a lot to ask of someone to drive that far and take my hard earned $$I make the commute to Columbus daily and have for yearsI would have understood completely if they would have said sorry you are out of our service area and moved on to the great AC company that is currently here(minutes after I hung up the phone with them)working on giving me a estimate that I will gladly pay and write great reviews about
So my advice is to make sure that you are in their service area before wasting any amount of time for them to call and cancel your appointment VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

job well done

We did not have a very good experience with Logan ServicesThe sales person did not spec our system out correctlyThey based the install on a 21X27" air handler and did not know it was not compatible with the heat pump they were pricing In the initial design it made since to keep my existing electronic air cleaner due to the fact it would have mounted up with the existing duct workThe day of install while the installers were in route my sales person called me and states that we had to make a change, we have it worked out, and there is a new contract that I just emailed youThis was done without me resigning, or us having a conversations as to how it would change the scope of workWell what it was is that the 21" unit would not work and they had to go to a 17" unitThis caused the installers to have to retrofit my 22" air cleaner to a 17" air handlerNeedless to say that did not go well, all of the duct work had to be redone including an offset that mainly needed to be built by handit does not look good at all, it looks very unclean and unprofessionalNone of the bends are strait and there is big blobs of silicone everywhere covering gaps in the metalI did ask that the sales manager and field service manager to come and look at itBasically they told me it looked good to them and were no going to do anything elseI want the duct work fixed and I would like new options on the air cleaner, but they are not listening

We just had our furnace and heat pump replaced by Logan AC & Heat Services I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their systems serviced Everyone that we came in contact with is very knowledgable and professional and is quick to help in anyway that they can The team that installed our new system was very professional, respective and quick and concerned with getting the job done correctly I have had contact with several heating and cooling companies in Columbus and I would highly recommend Logan over any of the others I have dealt with Excellent job!

We purchased a Trane Heat Pump from Logan - in LESS than 2 years it had refrigerant leak (one summer of use) - Logan charges $100 just to come out, then charged $100 to diagnose and then $300 for refrigerant. Of course the finger pointing to manufacturer starts and the famous 'labor covered for only year - parts for longer'. Given the youth of the system and the thousands of dollars spent you would expect your installer/service provider to stand behind their product and work by collaborating with the manufacturer as appropriate to ensure customer is not out of pocket $500 for unit that has been used only one summer. Also, I would consider refrigerant a part - without the system does not function as designed. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Logan's handling and response.

Replaced entire heating and cooling system, sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Installers placed tarps and used them, system was installed on specified date and time. Very well done. A+++++++++

Very professional people from the customer service to the technicians who installed our HVAC system. Everything were done right within a day and we got a brand new Trane system at a very reasonable price. We love our Trane system and we love Logan Services AC and Heat. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.
