[redacted] ’s concerns were address back in April as stated below on the first email that got sent out to her It appears this was an oversite on her end with the email missed I got another letter in the mail on May 4th from [redacted] and immediately sent another email in response to her concerns, as stated below[redacted] did respond back to my 2nd email As far as my understanding goes all of her concerns have been addressed I have sent her a notice to vacate and we will allow her to break her lease agreement
