Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding the response from Premier II Home & Lawn care. As you will see from my comments below, their response contains factual errors.  As you know, I had provided the sequence of events in my initial complaint and it is supported by email/ /text/call exchanges with Premier II Home & Lawn care. My further comments are inline, in bold text.  Message from Business:1. We are writing today to explain ourselves at Premier II Home & Lawn care.  In August 2015 [redacted] had contacted us at Premier II to come out and do an estimate at her home.  The estimate was for a new stone path, to level and grade her yard, also to add a flower path with a sitting area in the middle, the sitting area to consist of unilock pavers with measure 15x20 and to add a play area for children which was to consist of a 25x25 area covered with rubber chips. – LG Comment: it also included the removal of a number of trees. The first in-person contact took place on August 21, 2015.BTW, our family name is [redacted] (not [redacted]).2. The estimate took us approximately 2 hours and we went out there on 3 separate occasions.  At the time her yard consisted of mainly tree stumps.  A few weeks had passed from when we gave her our estimate to her contacting us.  Now we are going into mid October and Mrs.[redacted] had contacted us to hire us for the job.  Initially we were ecstatic.  We had 4 of our guys at that job for a total of 2 days.Comment: this is not correct. We were communicating via email but the estimate came only on September 21, 2015 via email and then Premier II Home & Lawn care’s representative (Mr. [redacted]) came on Sept 23 in person for the second time and asked me for a 50% deposit of the initial estimate (which was $4,322.22). He promised to start work on September 28 but has never showed up since. My yard didn’t “consist of trees stumps” (we had just one) – the rest of the trees [redacted] promised to remove. His team had never removed big trees, just several small tress were removed. [redacted] told me that he needed a special tree removal guys who could not come for some reason – they never showed up. He and his guys didn’t spent 2 whole days on my property. They came for a few hours cutting small trees and left all the cuttings without cleaning. That was all Premier II Home & Lawn care have ever accomplished on our project.3. Winter was now approaching and the current condition of her property was muddle and unable to withstand heavy machinery, we tried to explain that we wouldn't be able to continue until late winter early spring.  She had contacted us again in November wondering when we will be dropping off equipment.  We again tried to explain that the job could not be started because of the condition of her yard and the season, we recommend she waited until winter early spring.  That was the last we heard from Mrs.[redacted].Comment: This is not correct. The weather that fall was particularly favourable for this type of work (I have the weather log printed out). My neighbours were completing their landscaping work without any weather-related issues, while I was desperately trying to get [redacted] on the phone of by email – he was not good at returning my calls and emails. He gave me several firm promises to come on a particular day (e.g., November 23 and December 9)– and he never showed up (the details are already presented in my initial letter). The talk about moving this work to the next season came already at the very end of December when our attorney contacted him. This is what [redacted] told to the attorney – not to me or my husband.4. Come spring time Mr.[redacted] had begun to contact us on his wife behalf.  He had begun the conversation with apologizing on behalf of his wife.  He was trying to explain how sometimes she is hard to deal with.  He had contacted us early April asking us to come that week.  We tried to explain we were approaching our busy season and we would get back to him this week on a start date so we could begin our construction process.  Mr.[redacted] was demanding us to start sooner, we tried to explain that we were in our busy seasons and we would get back to him with an exact start date.  Mr. [redacted]g then stated, "regardless if his wife and himself cancelled twice we should be number one on your list."  Unfortunately the husband and owner, [redacted] could not come to an agreement on a date and now here we are.Comment: Incorrect. We have a copy of the text exchange with [redacted], who made several promises to show up and start working and broke every single promise. After a month and a half of fruitless communications we had decided that we could not work with such an unreliable and unprofessional company. We do not want to deal with Premier II Home & Lawn care any longer, the experience has been extremely frustrating. We want back our deposit for the services promised and never performed.  Thank you,Kind regards,[redacted]

We Disagree with the consumers false report written about Premier II Landscaping. We took down several trees and trimmed limbs around the area we would have been performing the yard make over for Mr. [redacted]. & Mrs. [redacted] had also asked our guys to trim and or remove small pine and oak trees throughout there property. We Premier II had a 5 man crew that worked at [redacted]s property for two days removing the trees and debris so that we could take the next step this past spring in completing the project. After speaking with Mrs. [redacted]s several times regarding the winter months approaching last fall, I [redacted] told her that it would be in our best interest to continue the work when the ground is not frozen and or soft. We explained that the big machinery would cause more problems rather then helping. I also suggested that she communicated with me like adults. Mrs [redacted]s was very rude and uneasy to work with. Her husband [redacted]s called and discussed with me that his wife can be very difficult at times, and to not contact her going forward that he would like to make things easier on us as the professionals. We Premier II have been in business for 7 yrs! We have never had a complaint to date that was against us for not completing a project in a timely manner. We would never take a deposit for work that was not completed, if Our crews where not there working hard on starting the 1st faze of the project for three days then we would be returning her deposit. If anything we are still owed moneys. The deposit that we received will not even cover the labor nor the materials that are still sitting at our shop. We find this complaint to be false and un true on many levels. We as a company strive to exceed our customers expectations on a daily basis. Please consider this complaint as un true and false.
